Everyday Clean
Our 2 dogs are continually in and out of the garden, when it’s wet this means the floors see a lot of dirt brought in.Continually mopping and scrubbing the floors was frustrating and leading to tense moments with the other half (he sees this as the cost of having dogs!).Normally it would take me a good hour or so to vacuum clean, mop and scrub the kitchen floor, sitting room and hallway.Tonight, I gave them the once over with the Bissell H2 in only 20 minutes. Alright, this wasn’t a deep clean and I’ll still need to do that every week, but the results were pleasing.Using a mop I was continually having to change the water as it got dirty quickly. The Bissell used one container of water for all the floors and its’ self-clean.After finishing the floors our 5 month old puppy decided to help in testing it again by weeing on the floor. Two minutes and it was properly cleaned up.Jury is still out but:PROS: Dirty water is not reused, easy to operate, lightweight and manoeuverable, leaves floor almost dry (completely dry in 5-10 mins), long power cable, not bulky and doesn’t take up much storage space, good vacuum cleaning, vacuum and mop in one pass, self-cleaning function.CONS: Noisier than normal vacuum cleaner, leaves 2cm unwashed at edges of floor, only one roller supplied, very small amount of cleaning solution (only enough for 2 fills). So far, quite impressed with Bissell H2.

Great floor cleaner
Easy to put together, did YouTube video to see how to work it. It really does work well, after I realised there was a protective packaging cardboard under the roller and it wasn’t cleaning.. 🙄 well my floor is extremely clean, very little water left on flooring and actually hoovered up pet hair and small bits. Useful to have, not heavy, a good length of cord. It has an extra gadget that you can place the cleaner on and add some fresh water which then cleans the roller with clean water. Yes I recommend Bissell crosswave HF2 For busy Mums and Dads and old grannies like me. Sometimes you’re really glad you made a good choice.

Great hard floor cleaner.
We have light grey LVT flooring in our kitchen which we were seduced by in the showroom. Great flooring but virtually impossible to keep clean in any room with high footfall as we’ve discovered. Cleaning with floor wipes takes off recent dirt but not the aged ingrained stuff. Tried a deck scrubber with some floor cleaner solution which, after A LOT of elbow grease, eventually removed the stains. Too much effort on a regular basis though. Bought the Bissell HF2 and tried it out earlier. I was a bit cynical given it comes with a soft roller rather than something a bit more abrasive but shut my mouth it actually cleaned really well on first use. The unit was very easy to put together, simple to use and just as easy to clean. I went slow and steady back and forth over each tile and I could visibly see the difference between those tiles that had been cleaned and those that hadn’t. Being a vac the floor was also dry in seconds removing the risk of any damage. Our hot water from the tap was about 45°C so perhaps water up to 60°C as recommended by Bissell would improve the standard of clean further. A bit more cleaning solution would’ve been nice as would the machine cleaning to the edges. In summary, pleasantly surprised and highly recommended.

Wouldn’t be without it now.
My sister initially bought one of these for my mum and after seeing what a great job it does I decided to go ahead and purchase for myself. I am not disappointed. Makes a great job of the floors and it’s very easy to use. It’s light weight, I love the fact that there is a self cleaning cycle on it when you’re done with the floors. I get my floors done now in half the time. I do give the floor a quick hoover before I go on to use this machine though. There is a lot of traffic through our house and we also have a dog.

Not bad product
I bought this a while ago, I didn't want to leave a review until I used it for a while honest feedbackIt works great on laminate floor or lvt flooring cleans and washes well my lino not so good because my lino has a grain indentation in it the cleaning is not so good, you have to empty often when cleaning multiple rooms but that's to be expected is to clean out the roller comes of and I clean that every time I use itIt has a self clean button that you can use to clean brush which I use when iv finished a room but once floors are done I take it off and wash it properlyOver all it's been good but not on linoI am fed up with buying expensive hoovers that just don't last so this one was £130 so price was good I don't think it's worth more than that I do like it hoovers and cleans at the same time over all it's a good product I had it over a year now and it's still going

Best purchase I made!
Ive had this for a few months and have to say its one of my best purchases ever. It works so well and leaves the floors properly clean unlike mopping with a normal mop. Only downside is that it doesn't get right up to the walls but that's not a big issue. Really helpful with 2 young kids and a large dog!Easy to clean out as well.
