Fantastic chair
Absolutely fantastic chair. Highly recommended and the seller was very polite and helpful on the phone, Simon went above and beyond to help us. He found out exactly when the courier would deliver it to us and was spot on perfect, came very quickly for us which was awesome as we needed it quick.Extremely comfortable chair to use, easy to put together and hubby is over the moon with it. It's very quiet when in use and a very smooth ride, he has used wheelchairs in the past and this is the best one. He is very impressed with it and loves the way it handles and can turn on a small circle which is awesome for tight spaces at home. An absolute joy wish we found this chair and company sooner. Worth every penny. Thank you for everything.

This was the best advice I received
High back not as high as suggested. Go for one with a neck rest of neck pain is a problem. Delivered only by a courier in a sealed box. Difficult to assemble and no help available. For a disabled person impossible! Returning under such circumstances seemed well nigh impossible, though I asked for an exchange for a more suitable machine from same manufacturer arranged by same salespeople. Refused and I was advised to consult a local supplier. This was the best advice I received!Other good advice was to ask Amazon Claims to take up my problem.
