Pros - moves air well - looks great - works well with low ceilings - works with smart devices - they actually support their product Cons - pairing instructions are incorrect for the remote - remote can be awkward — Installation — We removed and installed the fan fairly quickly. The steps includes pictures and are easy to follow. The only difficulty with installation was in attaching the fan to the mount. The receiver can block the fan from going flush and may need to be jostled around. — Fan and Light Quality — We like the ability to choose color temperatures, though the blue is a bit too much. The fan is silent at low speeds and probably around 1-2 sones at the highest. It moves air around nicely, if a bit dispersed. The fan is very stable and does not rock around at all. — Remote — The remote is a bit awkward. Holding the dim button down takes a while and the receiver intermittently fails to respond to commands. It’s also a single point of failure if you do not have it set up as a smart device. — Smart device and pairing — The worst part was struggling with pairing. The instructions and referenced video on the box (QR code) and on this page didn’t work. There are instructions on the back of the remote that cause a reaction but weren’t right. I ended up contacting support; they responded before the end of the day and sent several possible instructions. The one that worked was simply turning it on and holding power (instead of the fan button) until it started blinking 😣. It seemed like fan needed to be powered off for a bit first as well. So if you have trouble pairing reach out and they’ll help! They even offered to replace the remote/receiver if the steps didn’t work. 👍🏼 Once paired it was simple to link to Google Home and use. The fan and light are separate in Google Home, but a single device in Smart Life. I think this makes it easier to command by voice. The smart options are similar to the remote but easier to use. I debated on giving this a 4 or 5 based on what I wrote and chose to go with 5 because the product provides a lot for the price and the manufacturer actually supports their product and remedied the problem.

This is one wonderful ceiling fan! The blades are real wood - and are finished beautifully - and the base is a nice proportion - not too big. Installation was fairly complicated but not too difficult for a DIYer. The supply line in the fan could have been a bit longer but overall straightforward installation. The remote is easy to operate and wow the amount of air is amazing - very adequate at even the lower of the 6 speeds - and is super quiet. I do wish the lowest speed was slower for winter use, though - a minor issue. Although it's a modern style it's eclectic look works well even in an older home - very very pleased!

I am happy with the CACI Mall 52 Inch Flush Mount Ceiling Fan! The design looks fantastic, and it fits perfectly in my livingroom. The fan works wonderfully, and the reversible DC motor is a great feature. The remote control is convenient, and the 6 speeds allow me to adjust the airflow to my liking. I have noticed that it is quiet, which is a big plus. The light is sufficient, although not extremely bright. However, it provides a nice ambiance and serves its purpose well. Overall, I am impressed with the performance and aesthetics of this fan. It does exactly what I needed it to do, and I am glad I chose it!

It's very sleek and modern and looks great up. When you get it out of the box though it's a bunch of plastic. One downside is the speed. Ther is no lazy low, just low that's almost too fast. But it is a fan and it all works. Remote is great.

I ordered four of these for bedrooms and my dining area. I like the modern sleek look. It's so quiet, even at the highest speed. I was looking into adding recessed lighting in the bedrooms and this is much easier item to install for a contractor - and produces really good lighting.

I love this ceiling fan. I replaced an older Hunter fan and was not disappointed in any way. I found the instructions to be clear and was able to assemble the fan and complete the installation in just over an hour and I was taking my time. I do recommend caution when temporarily hanging the fan assembly on the bracket's hook while completing the electrical connections. It can slide off the hook if you bump the fan. This happened to me and I ended up damaging two of the wooden blades when the fan fell to the floor. I reached out to customer support and they were happy to send me a complete set of new blades at no charge. I was very impressed by their level of customer service and determination to make me happy at their cost. I enjoy this product every day!!

Looks plain here but very attractive hanging, love it!

We bought 2 of these fans. They look great and functioned well. One of the fans light stopped working in the first week after installing, and a week later the fan stopped working also. The second fan is still working but the light has stopped working. Unfortunately we are outside the return window, and the "product support" for this product is not helpful. UPDATE: 06/13/2025: I replaced both fans. When I removed theses fans both of the RF remote control modules had burn spots on the underside of the case. I opened theses controllers and both boards have a burned chip. Same chip on each board. I would imagine these fans will work fine if I replace these modules. There is no contact information for product support to see about getting replacement modules.

If you buy,buy the largest one,the 52" does not push enough air,even in a small room Would like to change blades for larger ones
