I ordered these foam letters to use in our playroom for the grandkids. I had an area rug in there but just found it was a magnet for stickers and dirt. These go together so nicely and make the floor a safe place for them to play. We spelled out each of their names which they loved. My grandson is 2 so he spends a lot of time laying on floors playing with his cars. Now he has a soft space that wipes clean quickly. The edge pieces can be a bit annoying as they are easily kicked off and get pushed under stuff. Otherwise this is a must have in any playroom or even a kids bedroom. Will make a great gift. Great idea for even babies so when they are having tummy time its soft and cleans quickly.

I've seen many floor mats like these and this is by far one of the most durable mats I've ever came across. First off, it is not easy for your child to just peel off the letters in the middle, a older kid might be able to, but not for babies, so this is super safe for babies. I really like the color variations for the mat, you'll notice each letter and shape has a different color however the color contrast in each square is very similar. I really like this because I think high contrast may stimulate my baby too much. Despite the mat being durable, this is still safe for tumbles and falls, therefore, it will protect your baby in case they roll over or even fall. One thing that is worth mentioning is, cleaning is a little difficult if you leave these mats on the floor for over a few days, there will be dust and other residue that sticks on the bottom of the mat, vacuuming wont get these things off, you will need to take it to the shower to wash it off (if you want to do it quickly) otherwise, hand wiping the mat to clean it may not be effective.

It's a nice product for my 3 yr old pre schools. We usually use it as a mat for the kids room where my 9 months old baby crawls and get fascinated by colors. The only thing I don't like is the price is high for this.
