Perfect for mouth breathers
Can not be described otherwise than above, if you wake up with a sore throat and a grumpy partner ..more than likely you need this ..and so does your partner trust me.Easy to use just peel off the protective layer and apply, it will take a little bit of getting used to it however once you use it you definitely will be using it again.

Doesn't stay there long ..
They are easy to apply and to remove the backing, though after less than an hour I've found them coming off at the edges. The adhesive isn't that great, so I wouldn't get these again.

Feels horrible.
resplabs cpaptape CPAP Mouth Tape Designed for Nasal and Nasal Pillow Mask Users 90-Day Supply : this tape is stiff, very plastic like with lots on micro perforations I suppose to make them “breathable” and minimal flexibility. Its irritating because it crinkles up like a sheet of sticky plastic then starts to peel and doesn’t hold the mouth closed. After 3 nights trying these my lips felt and looked like I’d been licking them excessively for weeks and were sore, dry and cracked.

Good
I previously tried, and liked, some other mouth tape but discovered that after continuous use removing it took some of my skin with it so although it was effective I didn't try again. This comes off painlessly. Just take it slowly .They come 2 to a sheet and you can barely see them but your fingernails can find the edge to pull one off. I was surprised to find a little upen space in the middle and had trouble finding the right place for it at first till I solved it by sticking a fingernail through it to locate where my lips touch. They are lip shaped and fit quite well.It works :)This will mainly be of interest to other CPAP users who have a problem with the pressurised air finding a shortcut out the mouth instead of the nose. My nightly score had plummeted to 80, ie no points for mask fit, but for the past couple of nights I have been back to 100, showing no leaks. Events per hour also dropped to well under 1 :) I'm using the nasal cushion type of mask.By morning the corners were coming loose but everything was still working. The gap in the middle didn't mess things up.Since then I haven't had the same success with positioning.

One great feature, that sadly does not make up for the other poor ones
I have been trying different sleep tables for the last 4 months or so. I am a mouth breather who also wears a full face CPAP. Unfortunately, my newish machine dries my throat terribly and makes me cough, so I have been using Sleep tape to try and encourage nasal breathing. This is the first sleep tape that has actually mentioned CPAP, so was keen to try this.First the good point and it is actually a great point ... each of these strips has a small hole in the middle to breathe through if you need to. This is so much more comfortable and less stressful that the other tapes that are one piece breathable (to differing degrees) strips I have tried so far. Sadly this feature is not enough to compensate for the 2 main bad points:-I am not sure the shape of these is a gimmic or not, its designed in a mouth shape, but the end result for me at least, is that its not as wide (vertically across the lips) as the other spleep tape and so when coupled with the second bad point, poor adhesive, means it very easy for your jaw to drop and the tape easily comes away at the bottom and any benefit is lost. If the strips were wider and the adhesive better, this would definitely be my number once choice because of the hole in the middle, but sadly I cannot recommend these.

CPAP mouth tape
A 90 day supply of mouth tape for CPAP users. At £13.49 at the time of writing this review, that’s good value.I usually use the full face mask but also have the nasal pillows mask as it allows me to wear my reading glasses in bed.I gave the tape a try but I’m still on the fence. I don’t exactly have a huge mouth or lips but the tape is too small for me. Not massively so, but it could do with having an extra 1 or 2mm around the perimeter. It sticks well enough but doesn’t stay stuck on during the night, which is why I feel it could do with being a tad larger. If it were a little larger, I think it might stay stuck on for the whole night. This is no doubt a good product and will benefit some CPAP users. Whilst the tape didn’t work out for me, it will work for others.
