Why did you pick this product vs others?:This heated eye compress uses a standard 5 volt power supplied through a USB cord. There is no battery, which is a major advantage for a device that uses more power than a battery sized to fit in the compress can supply. The cord is close to 7 feet long which implies that you should be able to comfortably use it even when traveling. It has an in-line control with a display that the heat setting and time. There are 3 heat settings, I find the high heat setting works best for me. 4 time settings (you don’t have to worry about turning the device off) - 15,30, 45, and 60 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about this eye mask. I have issues with dry eye and also sometimes have problems falling asleep. This bad boi does the trick. There are time settings in 15 min intervals. And heat ranged from LO, Med, and HIGH. I usually go high heat. It has an auto stop after a certain time and the cord breaks off from the mask so you can’t get tangled and strangled in the night. Haha Love this and recommend it to everyone I know who has dry eye. 👁️

I needed warm compresses for my eyes to help with dry eye syndrome. By the time I would warm up a cloth and apply it to my eyes, it would be cooled off. This product is a WIN! Easy to use. Comfortable. The adjustable strap is easy to adjust. The mask does not slip. The timer and adjustable heat temperature is a huge asset! My eyes are already feeling better after just a week and half of use. My plan is to purchase another one to leave at our home away from home.

I purchased the Ezona Heated Eye Mask mid-April, 2025 and then unexpectedly had to go out of state for a month so by the time I ran into a problem I had missed the return window. The first time I used the mask toward the end of May, 2025, it seemed to work okay. Two days later I tried to use it again and it would only stay turned on for about a minute and then displayed "OU". I tried everything but could never get it to work again. It was shipped by Amazon but the seller was listed as Sleep Specialist and there was a way to communicate directly with them so I did but never heard anything back. I need a product like this for my extremely dry eyes but am now out the $28 I paid for this and don't know where to turn next.

My eye doctor recommended using hot compress for my eyes. I ordered this product and it has given my eyes relief from dryness. I love that is plug in and don’t have to heat up in microwave.Great product.

Absolutely love this product! Super easy to use and very helpful for my eyes. Recommended by my eye doctor to use at night. It’s super comfortable with an easy to wash cover. USB port plug-in no need to charge anything. Easy to use timer with high medium & low settings. This really does help if your eyes are strained and/or sore.

I enjoyed it while it worked. I've had it for six months; using it on high for 30 minutes 3 times a week. All of a sudden it stopped working... bummer.
