Ayurvedic nutrition for hair, skin and digestion
The powder has a slight nutty/berry smell and is a very fine powder. I put it in my smoothies/protein drinks and it doesn't leave a residue at the bottom, so completely dissolving. If I don't put flavorings into my drinks, then it has some taste, but not unpleasant to me. But, since I usually flavor my shakes, it doesn't matter. The price point is good for the amount you get. I haven't had any digestive issues with it. It does have some carbs (3g with 2g fiber) so, it doesn't break the carb bank for Keto. I didn't know about Amla powder/berries before, so it's been interesting to research.

Taste
It taste like sand is in this product. It doesn't taste good. You can't return. I am gonna put it in a smoothie and take it that way.
