This collar is excellent. - I rarely go to the effort of writing reviews but this really warrants the time spent to express how good they are.I was after a collar that I could use with my Frenchie when I give him a little walk around the block in the evenings and feel I have lucked out when ordering this.The brightness is excellent, it's bright and very easy to see in the day or night. It casts a glow on surrounding areas a little which initially I didn't like but it really is a benefit when my dog goes for a sniff in the bushes.It's clearly of high quality and easily adjustable. It even comes in a lovely storage bag to keep it clean and tidy when not in use. The sizing is also pretty accurate which is great.I think the price is more than reasonable at £15, and I will absolutely be ordering again. - I have also ordered the same style collar but a different brand via amazon as my chosen colour and size wasn't in stock and that one really shows up how great this one is.It's easy to charge, a button that's secure but easy to locate and press in the dark, its bright and its of high quality.For me, overall this is 10/10 and ticks all the boxes.

UPDATE Sept 2020 - nearly five years since I purchased two of these and they are still working well. Retaining charge exactly as they did when new - I reckon at the very least 10 half hour walks on one charge. I keep one charged in my pocket and use the other each night. The one I don’t use is always still charged if I need it if the other goes out during a walk. Some People have mentioned that the charging socket has no cover - it is tucked in the fold of the collar, we have been soaked many times in walks and had no problems at all.Bought this for walking black dog in the dark. I've tried so many different collars and coats and this has been perfect. The charge lasts for a couple of week's walks and I have charged it a couple of times and it is still going strong. It's sturdy, adjustable and bright. Maintain I've noticed is that it doesn't fade as the charge depletes - it is full on or off and needs charging.

Most of our walking is off lead (fields, woods, etc) so this collar means being able to see where he is when he goes racing off into the distance. It is great when it is pitch dark but also useful in fading light in the woods as his ginger coat blends in with the autumn colours.I just use it as an additional collar to save having to swap name tags or get another one. It sits above or below his normal collar quite happily. I use it on its brightest setting and walks may be up to 2hrs but have never had it die on me.Not sure if it is meant to be waterproof, but it has survived a biblical downpour and a swim in a duck pond. It stop working once when water got in but after drying it out at home it is all fine.My only gripe is that the charging socket is a bit loose and the exposed loop of wire is not suitably protected so is losing its insulation, probably due to boisterous dogs playing. That bit needs a redesign.The collar is not lit all the way round but the heavier unlit part sits under his chin so that is fine. If he is pointing away from me with his head down I lose sight of the LEDs but otherwise visibility is very good. If you get an unpopular colour (e.g. orange) you won't see many other dogs with that colour so yours is easier to spot in the dark. I see lots of blues and greens about. Probably brighter than other collars I have seen out and about.

I love this collar. I purchased a blue one last year and I was really pleased about it. Unfortunately, our lovable pooch took a roll in some, ehm, fox poop whilst out a walk with his grandparents! That was that in the bin and our lovable rogue in a bath! With the darker nights now here, I decided to purchase this collar again, this time in red. The collar has slightly changed. A label on it has now appeared which I think may annoy some dogs if the collar is slightly tight. Our boy is a lab beagle cross and weighs 30kg. I ordered him a medium which is what he wore last year, it's actually a bit loose on him so I now don't use the collar for all his walks and alternate it with a regular collar for his walks during the day...just incase he slips the collar when trying to get to a tree. The lighting function on the collar is fantastic. It has three settings, solid, fast flashing and slower flashing, which is the setting I tend to use as it's ideal for visibility and probably extends the battery life. It comes with a usb cable that can be plugged into your phone charging plug, for example. The collar slightly glows as it's charging and then goes out when it's full. It doesn't take long to charge. I use the collar for an hour every evening and usually charge it once a week overnight and it's never ran out on me. Couldn't recommend the collar enough but definitely be a bit cautious when choosing the size! It's not as adjustable as it previously was.

Bought this to ensure she is seen as we live on an unlit street. It is a little bulky for our chocker spaniel, however she only wears it at night and so for that short period of time it is fine.The charge lasts really well and it charges up quickly. It has 3 settings but we only use the steady on setting which doesn't seem to drain the charge. It is very bright and easily seen. The collar itself is strong and sturdy with a really good clip.
