I’m living fine eliminating refined sugar- and love these Kind bars. They are really tasty, and also add some protein to my diet.

Tasty and low sugar
Love the low sugar. Now that we recognize sugar as a toxin, I am working on eliminating it in my family's diet as much as practical. VERY difficult to say "no snacks except veggies. However, I CAN say, these bars, not the "candy bars". These are tasty. Yes, they are "harder" than some of the other brands, but they are not as hard as some. I'd take these over the Kind granola.
