A iron that can be used as a steamer is such a great idea! This one is stylish, lightweight, has durable quality, easy to store and offers different attachments for each purpose. It does come packaged well. It does get hot and glides without sticking or damaging clothing. The on con it the inability to change the temperature setting to your desired setting but so far it has mattered since it seems to adapt to the fabric well. Overall I like it, it works well.

I ordered the iron, connected it to the outlet - nothing no light no anything. I requested a replacement which was sent to me but guess what - it’s also not workingAmazon is not helpful at all telling me I can contact the manufacturer. I just wanna know why is this seller selling defective items? So much of my time wasted now I’m just going to get a refund and shop elsewhere. No easy product support offered, since I thought it was me (maybe I was doing something wrong?) and not the iron, but guess what - no support, no one to ask what the issue could be. I think I know how to turn on an iron, unless there’s something else needed to be done, the instruction manual just says plug it in and a light will come on. So I guess this seller is selling defective items.Contacted Amazon but they weren’t helpful at all. All this trouble for an iron, it’s ridiculous.

I wanted a steamer to touch up clothes at times. I’ve always liked Black and Decker products so ordered this one. I’m 67 years old and this steamer is heavy and larger than I would like. I did try it and it did not steam as well as I expected. I would not use it because of the weight and size. It would be too much to deal with to touch up clothes so I thought it would be best to return it and try another steamer.
