Fun and works ok
But the first one I got the battery compartment filled with water and shorted out, the replacement I got worked fine but I added extra waterproof sealant in some areas. As for connectivity the video stream is a bit slow but connects easily, although not very securely, and the included controller works well as well. One thing to not is this does not dive and will be pushed by the slightest current, best used in a swimming pool with not a lot of movement. Fun little toy though, not sure if it's worth the price.

This makes an excellent gift
Bought this for my nephew who just learned how to swim over the summer. I thought this would be a fun companion when they're at the pool this summer. It looks like a lot of fun. Can't wait to try it when the weather is warmer. I might even take this fishing and mess with my buddies.

Does NOT Dive
I bought this thinking it was a good way to explore the bottom of my pond. The picture I posted is what mislead me to think it would dive. It is slow, but realistic enough in movement to attract real fish. The camera is decent, no real complaints except that it doesn't dive.

So Much Fun! RC Shark With Camera
This RC shark arrived complete with everything you would need, even the screwdriver! It included two rechargeable batteries which is appreciated. The instructions were very easy to understand and downloading the app was not an issue. Our kindle fire doesn't have a QR code reader so I had to find the app in the Google Play store, I was pleased to see that it was verified which was a pleasant surprise. Once we were charged up and ready to go we practiced in the bathtub (it's currently 28* outside so the pool isn't an option). I have to say, practicing in the bathtub first is the way to go if you can. I was able to control the shark and do a full lap of the bathtub in only a few tries. My son, 8, took a bit longer but he was only frustrated by the size of the tub and not the controls. Once you get the shark really going it is really amazing to watch. I can't wait until it warms up so we can take it out to the pool and play around with the camera and the app some more. I will update when we are able to do that.

Pricey but uniquely cool rc toy
How cool is this? An RC shark that swims in the water, but has a camera that feeds your phone! That's the unique cool part. The not so good part is that it's not easy to set this up to where you're actually seeing real time video on your phone from this thing 50 feet away in the lake. The app loads OK, but is not the most fluid easy to follow one. We eventually got this to work, and that was fun. I swam this up to a flock of ducks and was able to get pretty close before they seems annoyed with it and scooted away. They just need to refine their app so it's easy to use. The shark itself swims OK, but it doesn't exude quality. For $70 I expect better quality hardware and software. Fun toy for just swimming around the pool or lake even if the camera worked better, but not for this price. I would not recommend this. It's no bargain. You don't get a lot of quality bang for your buck. For this price you can get a nice drone with a 1080p camera that will give you way more bang for your buck.Bottom line, it's a great unique idea, but needs lots of refining to go mainstream and sell toys.

Fun little RC Shark for pools or small ponds!
This RC Shark with Camera has been an absolute hit in our household, earning a solid 5/5 stars! My kids have a blast with it – the joy on their faces as they navigate it around the swimming pool is priceless. It's incredibly easy to use, even for the little ones, and the added camera brings a whole new level of excitement to their playtime. A word of caution, you'll need a phone to really use the camera feature. We've come up with tons of games to play with it, turning ordinary pool days into extraordinary adventures. If you're looking for a source of endless fun for your kids in the pool, this RC Shark is a must-have!
