Perfect fit for pixel 8! But wrong name on the box.
I bought a White Stone screen protector for my Pixel 8 and I'm happy that I did. This one is the perfect fit! Screen is covered almost completely, and no bobles on the sides. Although this glass is a little pricey and the installation process is a bit harder than with usual screen protectors. I tried a few cheaper options before ordering White Stone, but they didn't fit. Also when I received my order I thought that they made a mistake and sent me a wrong screen protector, because the title on the box was for Pixel 7 Pro. But when I opened it, I saw that the actual kit is for Pixel 8. Good product, I hope it will last 😁

Great functional protection for Pixel 8
I've been scouting for a screen protector that will fit the slightly curved P8 screen with no gaps or bubbles, and it's surprisingly hard to find (you'll find the same if you read Amazon reviews for most of them!)This one solves the fit issue by using a liquid adhesive to fill in the space between the screen and protector glass. I'd never installed this type of product before so I watched the included video from Whitestone a couple of times to make sure I had it down. Once I felt confident, I used the the masking tape strips to seal off my phone's ports and edges, and fit it into the clever contraption to fit the screen protector perfectly. I made a mistake and ended up spilling a bit of the adhesive, but it was fine since it comes with two extra tubes of adhesive and even an extra screen protector in case you really botch your install (or if by some chance you manage to break it). The adhesive is a thin liquid that doesn't cure until you see it with the included UV light, so even if you spill it everywhere it's easy to clean up and not sticky or tacky at all until you start to cure it. Once I'd fully cured it and cleaned up my phone I found it worked better for my touchscreen than any other screen protector I've used on any phone. My touchscreen responds like there's nothing in between, even recognizes my fingerprint easily (which was the problem I've had with many of my previous ones). It also didn't show any bubbles or dust thanks to the included clean up tools! If you're on the fence about spending just a bit more money for this one I promise it's worth it and will outlast and outperform the cheaper and easier models out there.

Absolutely terrible application tool
Looks like good glass, good adhesive, and a good UV curing tool. But the plastic frame and the pads make it all useless because you'll be lucky to apply it properly and even be able to use it.Let me preface my experience with the fact that I've used numerous of these liquid adhesive screen protectors from varying brands of varying quality (mostly unknown Chinese companies). So it should really mean something when you can't compete with any of that. The piece that drops the glass onto your screen is a flat piece of plastic, not a wedge. So it doesn't slowly let it down. It just props the top part up and drops it when you pull it. You could achieve the same thing with your fingers. It's pointless and only serves to emulate the dropping tool of actually decent screen protectors. Both times I tried to apply the protector (with the 2 provided) it introduced bubbles to the adhesive because it just smacks the glass against the screen when it drops, rather than slowly letting it down with a wedge. And when you do pull the plastic tab, it won't fall completely on your device because the pads will obstruct the way. I double checked the second time that they wouldn't be in the way, but the glass still got caught on something. And when I finally got the glass to fall properly, it smashed glue out to the pads and they absorbed a ton of adhesive. Enough to make it impossible to apply because there wasn't enough adhesive to cover the phone anymore. Because they sit on top..... not to the sides of the phone. They're flat and hang over the frame a bit on top of your phone. All the other application frames I've used has the pads go into the sides and provide a bit of pressure/cushion to hold the phone and absorb any adhesive that runs down the side of the phone. The fact that these ones go on top and can block the way of the glass falling (from it's terrible "dropping" tool) make it extremely hard to get things right. Too many finicky things. Not worth the gamble. All of this led to an extremely frustrating experience. Really let down. Because I've heard of Whitestone before. The fact that they do it worse than all of these unknown Chinese brands is really sad.Didn't get to use a single protector because the tools suck so much. $23 down the drain. Going to go back to the gross stick-and-go kind of screen protectors until one of those (apparently good) Chinese brands makes a liquid adhesive screen protector for the Pixel 8 because this kit is NOT it. Not going to spend any more money on an inevitably frustrating application experience because of inherently flawed tools. Just going to wait for brands that apparently know what they're doing. Would have hoped the brand I'd heard of before would know what they're doing, but apparently not. Very frustrated.

This one! Get this one!
I tried 2 other cheaper screen protectors and they all had problems with the edges sticking. I came across this screen protector and decided to try it. The installation process wasn't too bad, you can find tutorials online to help you with each step. This thing fits like a dream! No bubbles, no lifting, no problems. The clarity is crystal clear as if there was nothing on your screen and the fingerprint reader works perfect. It's case friendly and I can confirm it works with the Otterbox symmetry case and the Speck presidio grip case. The box it came it said it was the Pixel 7 pro, I have no idea why but the actual unit inside the package said Pixel 8. Save yourself the time, money and effort and skip the cheaper screen protectors and just get this one.
