It worked for me!
It worked for me. I was going to wait a few months to review but I'm already seeing progress at 1 month. My family has a history of being premature gray. Normally by mid-30s everyone is mostly gray. I'm late 30s and get my hair colored every 6 weeks to match my natural color. My appt is next week and I can barely see any new growth that is gray. And what gray there is has a coppery color to it (my hair is naturally copper/auburn) so you can barely see it. The taste is awful but for me worth it.

Causes Greys! MUST BE PULLED FROM THE MARKET NOW
After I used this product for a couple months, I got a stream of greys and a large cluster of grey hair popped up. I got so scared that I stopped using this. Pulled out the greys with a tweezer but THE HAIRS GROW BACK GREY NOW. I am not sure what they did to their product but this does not work and actually causes greys to pop up out of nowhere. Only one star for great marketing because you sure fooled me! Now I need to figure out how to get rid of the greys this product caused. I'm so hurt and angry I don't care about the refund I want other women to never go through what I am going through. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE PULLED FROM THE MARKET AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT APPROVED IT FIRED. WHAT CLIENT TRIALS DID YOU DO AND FOR HOW LONG????

It's not THAT bad
It's really not all that horrible tasting. It smells nicer than it tastes, but the taste is tolerable considering how much you're having and what it is. It's not caramel or syrup, it's basically medicine. It's not meant to be yummy, it's meant to be ok enough to take it. If you can remember that, it's just fine. It's kind of bitter like burnt sugar. Still better than other medicinal liquids I've had in my life. Less gross than cough syrup in my opinion, so if you can stand that, you'll be just fine taking this. I haven't put it in or on anything like as a topping, just been taking it with a spoon and getting it over with. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any changes, but I feel good shortly after taking it. I appreciate it's a liquid because I struggle with pills.

Different. But un sure. Taste terrible though.
I use several other mary Ruth products and love them, thought why not try the hair one for my way to early gray hair development. Just for funsies n see if it makes a difference. I expected a liquid, Maybe slightly thicker than water but not syrup. But no, not even a syrup like consistency. It's thick and almost a toothpaste like almost gel consistancy. And it's tastes terrible by it's self. It says mix with stuff if u like but I ushualy try everything on it's own 1st. The Peach Almond flavor I expected was actually more Peach Pit flavored and bitter but with a heavy almond peach smell. Hiding it in my coffee n cream is def a better answer it suggests on packaging use as a Topping on some foods. Maybe if u lost ur tatsebuds sure. But I highly recommend hiding the taste with other things. I've not noticed a difference in hair yet but I'm only 2 weeks in so I'll try to remember to check back in and update this at end of bottle.

Tasty, but thick. I feel as if it's working
It is thick. It doesn't taste bad. Seems expensive but it lasts a long time. My hair seems healthier. I was doing a monthly subscription of AREY, It has the same ingredients of the supplement they offer in the subscription plan.

PUTRID!
My hope was that the MARY RUTH’s ‘Gray Guard - Supports Natural Hair Color’ would be an awesome and easy-to-take supplement.OMGOODNESS😳 ~ It’s not anything like the online video ad shows, a bright lemon🍋yellow coloring. As the photo shows, the tablespoon, it’s a brownish POOP-colored, repulsive look. The taste is as the title states, PUTRID.My sister ordered from the MR’s website, but not this product. She came over to taste it, a Peach Vanilla flavor - NOT! ! !Gagged on the 1/2 tsp., and spit it out.The product is non-returnable, non-refundable.For $53+, I GOT SCAMMED ON THIS ORDER!I hope MR’s keeps up with reviews, and responds, or at least AMAZON.This is supposed to be a high quality company!WHAT HAPPENED?!

Covid Hair loss recovery
My hair was coming out it chunks every time I washed. I was at a loss. Until my hair dresser recommended Mary Ruth’s to me. I love the liquid vitamin flavor and enjoy taking it first thing each morning.I’m now recovering my hair to a healthily level and would highly recommend it to others.

Flavor is not bad at all!
The color was a little scary because of how dark brown and thick in texture it was, but the flavor was not at all bad! B vitamins can be really nasty to ingest even in capsule form so these were a pleasant surprise!
