It works great, actually works both front and back. I bought it for toning abs, but that day when I had my old low back pain problem coming back, I just wore it backward and did 2 session and the pain is gone. (given the nature of the pain is tense muscle says orthopedic). I am loving this product, no greasy gel, no reusable pad, simple, easy to clean.

An interesting gizmo to say the least. I use it while I drive and I drive for a living. Learning to lightly coat it with water was the first learning curve because if you have too much moisture you’ll get fried on the higher settings. It certainly contracts your abs not so much on the obliques but this device does function and it is good for about 5-6 sessions before you can notice a loss of power. As far as fat melting off me I’m not quite sure. It has been roughly two months using it anywheres from 4-6 times a day 4-5 days a week jacked to the max. Burning fat takes time. I workout 5-6 days a week and spin bike everyday for 32 minutes I suppose since I have been using this product the muscle on the upper ab area is a little more defined but the lower two abs still have a cushion. Again burning fat takes time so with that said I think this product is helping along with everything else I am doing to stay fit and healthy. You’re certainly not going to get a killer six-pack while sinking into the couch with a bag of Doritos some fried chicken and a can soda with this thing going to town on you, but I think it works but it has its limits.

Have had the MarcoolTrip MZ ABS Stimulator for about a month and use it several times daily. The belt is high quality, and the connection is increased by using the enclosed handy mini spray bottle for water mist. This set-up does not need adhesive strips like some other stimulators do, so no additional recurring costs. The controller which is kept in place by magnets is easy to read, easy to use, and easily attached and removed. Getting started takes less than a minute. The belt is easy to put on and fits comfortably and snuggly using the Velcro fastener. One can choose from several different settings as well as easy to control large selection of intensity settings. No special cleaning is needed, although I do wipe off the inside pads after each use. I am very happy with this product and believe that the price is fair for what you get.

Several months ago I bought the early model with two large pads and it still works great. Then I bought another one for my wife, this one has almost quit working, on the highest setting you can hardly tell if it’s working.I then bought the newer model it didn’t last long before it did the same as the older model, the front pads quit working but the side pads still work so it’s toast, but when it was working it worked very good. Since then I have bought two more of the newer models and they are both working good at this time.The arm band units are to short I can’t get them around my biceps and my arms are not big muscles, maybe add two or three inches of elastic to them and they would work better.We like the water mist units no need for gel pads.The price is going up every month of late. Hope these last for more than a couple of months. We use them daily.We now have a lot of power units and they carry a charge for a long time.Overall they are a novel way of getting a belly muscle workout - also getting in shape like the people in the advertising —- it might take a few years and a few less beers!Will probably buy again someday.

I was uncertain if this belt would actually work, but after weeks of giving it a constant chance, I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results. This belt is WELL worth the investment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to tighten up their core. It's a tremendous value, with amazing results to boot. Five Stars!

Works as advertised. It is just strong enough to be too much at first but after using for a month you can stand the higher setting which shows results!
