The product is surprisingly well made, with thick padding and large sturdy silicon button and massage "fingers". I also like the two "windows", and the attached window covers are a nice detail. The USB-C charging is convenient. Contrary to what the product listing claims, this product will NOT make you feel energized or refreshed, but will put you in a relaxed and sleepy state (in a good way). The best time to use it is probably when you want to take a nap, or before bed.Now on to the negatives. The product is quite large and somewhat heavy (due to those big sturdy silicon components mentioned above..); and when I put it on, it sort of rested on my nose. Inside there is a cutout in the nose area, but it is not adequate, and due to the product's weight, it sort of pressed against my nose, slightly restricting my breathing, making me a little uncomfortable and unable to totally relax. In fact when I took the product off my face after a session, I sort of felt relieved because I could breathe freely again.Another major issue is the buzzing noise. Because the massage fingers press against your facial bones, all the vibrations will directly translate to a loud buzzing noise to you. I found that the massage settings #1 & # 2 has a strong vibration and thus a very loud buzzing that I simply could not stand. So I only used massage setting #3, which has weaker vibration and thus weaker buzzing. But still, when you constantly hear the buzzing noise you cannot totally relax. (BTW setting #1 seems to be just a combination of #2 and #3.)Overall, I still like this product as it does put me in a good relaxed and sleepy state, despite those issues.

This eye mask has 12 - (approximately 1/2 inch diameter) and 2 - (double wide elongated) ailicone nodes that are positioned around your eye sockets. These nodes vibrate in different patterns that are like finger tapping on your skin. There is also heat involved in some of the nodes. There are 3 different levels of patterns that are selectable and the heat is on by default but can be turned off. The eye openings in the mask allow you to see out in front of you if you so desire, otherwise there are silicone flaps that close off the openings. It is timed for 10 minutes and they say you can run the sequence up to 3 times in a row. (30 minutes) The battery does last quite a while when fully charged. I could get quite a few sessions without the battery going dead. It is fairly quite, but you do hear the constant vibrating of all the nodes, but it is not disturbing at all.

This review is for the Visible Eye Massager with Heat.I am pleasantly surprised by this eye massager with heat. I didn’t quite know what to expect the first time I used it, but it felt quite good! I like the different massage settings, and most importantly the heat I feel around my eyes as it massages. The little massage nodes feel a bit funky at first on one of the settings, but I find that I do like this. It helps get the blood moving around my eyes & is soothing when I have a headache. I can’t say that it fully helps relieve a headache, but it is quite soothing and feels rather good.This would make a unique gift!

The concept of this is great and I do wish I liked it but I hate it. It's SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I had to have it set to be pretty tight in order to get the nodes to touch where they should, and then it was just too strong and not at all enjoyable to use. Needs a better design.

I like the idea for these. I used to use a heated eye mask to relax, and it died a while back so I figured this would be a nice upgrade from those. It has the heating as well as the massage nodes, but I didn't find these very comfortable or effectiveThis comes with the eye mask and a bag to store them in as well as a USB C charging cord. The quality of the material seems really nice. It has a soft fabric outside and the inside is lined with silicone. It has an adjustable strap so it is good for any size. The inside is lined with a couple heating elements and the massaging nodes that press on the skin under and above the eyes. There are 4 different modes, 3 with vibrating massage and 1 that is just the heat. It also has holes that can be open or closed to see outUnfortunately, this just wasn't very comfortable for me. I had to pull it pretty tight to get it to stay on well because there is nothing else to hold it up. It doesn't sit right if you put the strap over the ears and it sits down on my nose so it slides down if it's not tight. Also, I had a hard time positioning it where all the nodes would make contact. The massage feels Ok but the vibration sounds like a constant buzzing sound that isn't pleasant to me. There is a mode with less vibration that is a little better, but it isn't as effectiveI would probably just end up using this as a heating mask without the vibration which is fine, but this is pretty expensive compared to other heating masks that work better for that function. It might just be the shape of my face that doesn't quite work with this one, so it might be fine for others
