I love this ink for my HP laser printer. It prints beautiful images and last a long time. The quality of the ink is great.

My first order of these toners worked perfectly so I didn't hesitate to reorder a second set in late 2022. When I finally started installing the colors one by one, I realized that the magenta was leaking and leaving pink marks on the left edge of my printing. Now the blue and yellow are starting to leak, too. I don't know if the company changed suppliers or quality control is the issue, but I was very disappointed. I won't be buying this brand again.

Easy to install, prints high quality pages, just like real HP toner cartridges. I use it for my business (Booklets and occasional flyers).MUST HACK: In order for these (or any non-HP) toner cartridges to work after late 2020, you must NOT have the latest firmware version on your HP printer. The printer firmware upgrade (which by default occurs automatically unless you turn it off) actually disables any non-HP toner from working.If, like most of us, it’s too late and your firmware was already auto updated, YOU CAN DOWNGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE back to a version prior to when HP locked it down. You’ll need to do a little digging on the web to find out how for your specific model. Also be sure to turn off "automatic firmware updates" in your printer settings.IMHO this was a real BONEHEAD move by HP to extract more $ from their customers. Fortunately, you can mitigate this with the aforementioned hacks.

Excellent Value, Cartridges work perfectly, Hundreds of dollars less than buying from HP.

I ordered these in May 2020 to have on hand when the cartridges that came with the printer ran out. 6 months later wen I go to install these, they only worked for 2 wks. before I get a "supply memory error" that has no fixable solutitnon from everything I tried other than to replace these with compatible cartridges. I'm well past the return window with asmazon and these cartridges are essentially brand new but unusable - not happy at all.Update Dec. 2020: As a result of the review I gave and my question submitted and attempts to try and contact the company, someone finally contact me to correct the issue. I was sent new cartridges at no cost to replace the ones that didn't work. It did take a long time, about 2 months, to get the replacement cartiridges after first being contacted, but they're working just fine so far. Hopfeully things will continue for these than the last experience. It's also worth noting that the person named Zoey who communicated with me by email and handled the replacements was very nice and everything went well. As a result I've updated the 1-star rating to 4-stars and subtracted 1 star for the slowness of how it was handled and the fact that this whole issue even occured with these non-HP brand cartridges. I wil likely buy these again since they're considerably less than HP toner cartridges and the company was good about replacing the bad ones.

I needed printer cartridges that I could afford! The manufacturer prices are over the top and completely unaffordable. These cartridges fit perfectly and are compatible with my printer, making my ability to use them easy and functional. They definitely have great longevity. I am very pleased!

This ink lasts forever. It's expensive for the initial purchase but wow it will last for years! So, it's a great value. Very easy to replace. Install went quick.
