3PACK Barley Cat (9 oz)

I originally got this so hopefully my cats would leave my lucky bamboo plants alone. Unfortunately, the plants died and I can't attest to the effectiveness in that regard. BUT, one interesting thing I've observed is that ever since I've been feeding this to my cats (I mix 1/4 rounded tsp for each cat in a bit of canned cat food every night), their gums look a LOT better. So good, in fact, that at the last vet appointment, the vet didn't even say anything about my one cat needing a professional cleaning (whereas she did mention it a year prior, but we declined). I'll update my review in case this changes.

This product works great when sprinkled on your cats food. I have five cats and one is having health issues. My vet suggested adding barley grass on her food to boost her immunity. She likes it and does seem to be doing better. I decided to put it on all of my cats food and the benefit was my cats no longer try chewing on my plants. It says to use a teaspoon on their food. That is a lot so I sprinkle enough to make their food green and that seems to work fine. Nice product and I will be ordering more when I run out.

Love this product and I've used it for years. Cats eat grass for the chlorophyll. Barley cat provides that without the throw up from the fiber of actual grass that the cat can't digest. It improves their coats and general health. Highly recommend it!

We have an elderly inside cat, (about 19 years old) . He was looking pretty bad with losing most of his teeth, weight loss and losing large clumps of his fur. Apparently there is something he really needs in the Barley Cat because he reacted in such a positive way to it shortly after we began giving it to him. (We've used it for a few years.) We just pour a little in his bowl and he laps it up!! We don't have to mix it with anything. He gained weight, his fur stopped coming out and he's back to chasing his invisible friends around the room!!

My cats love this, a teaspoon in the corner of their kibble and they look for it. Im so glad I can give them something healthy that they like

Two of my three cats love it and won't eat their food unless I sprinkle some on top.

My cats love barley cat. Sometimes they just lick off the barley cat and don't eat the food but if I keep putting it on they eventually finish.

Since my cats is indoors only, i have been giving her this for 8 years on her canned food every day.
