Took a while a find a decent refill for my pen, as it's an odd size. this works fine. it could be smoother, but it's okay.

Very dissapointing, ink appeared to run out on both cartridges within a few minutes of starting use. Not sure if it's a faulty batch but a waste of money considering the expense of the item compared to cheap disposable pens.

Not a first-time purchase as black and blue ones for Parker and a couple of other brands were previously purchased for the relevant pens. While considerably less expensive than the respective original products, colour and performance are comparable and functionality of their respective mechanisms for extension and retraction continued to function to the original level. Monteverde is a respected European/US brand whose writing implements are especially well-regarded. As, in this instance, a single Parker refill will cost more than two from Monteverde it may be a no-brainer for those who don't wish to use the branded originals. There is a small blob of wax or plastic over the ball-tip which is easily removed and essential before first use. Monteverde also produce excellent fountain pens, a couple of different models being owned and used, as are some of their fountain pen inks. As with this refill pack, they produce similar ones for rollerballs and other writing systems. Pricing is always reasonable.

I was looking for a green refill for quite some time and as Parker no longer make these, this seemed like the best alternative. So far so good, seems to last a long time as I've been using this daily for weeks now. Writes smoothly no ink blobs. However, I would have preferred for the colour to have been a bit darker as I sometimes have to press harder to ensure good contrast. Another issue I found was that although works fine with my jotter pens, it is not a perfect fit like the originals. Even when retracted, it is not completely inside the pen. Overall, a great purchase and if the fitting was fine I would have given it 5*.

I'm actually disappointed with these refills. I purchased these as a less expensive alternative to original Parker refills, but unfortunately I don't think they're particularly good quality. Although these refills are not particularly scratchy, the ink is not distributed evenly on the page making it quite frustrating to write with. Some patches are more coloured than others, and there are sometimes also little ink blobs in the writing it produces. It could perhaps be the formula of the ink that is causing these problems, so I will consider purchasing a more traditional colour (black/blue black) and seeing if that works better. This colour is pretty light - another reason I wouldn't repurchase these refills - I feel writing on white paper is a little too low contrast to be comfortable to read over. I don't think they would work well on any coloured paper except perhaps the very lightest of pastels, as they would be too light to show up well. Unfortunately I would not repurchase these as (despite the low price) I don't feel they're good value for money.

Disappointing. Yes, they fit Parker pens but I have just come to use the 2nd one a few months after purchase and it ink flowed for a few sentences and then stopped working. Makes it very expensive for one.

I have finally found a Parker pen refill that is actually a true purple. I have tried others but they have all been blue not purple, this is a true purple. The medium nib gives a good ink flow, and it isn't scratchy. I am so happy. I wish the price was a little more budget friendly but as long as it lasts as long as other refills I can justify it. Thank you Monteverde for making this lady's heart happy.

- Zuerst einmal danke, dass ihr diese spezielle Farbe verkauft! Ich finde, dass der braun Ton sehr angenehm aussieht und einen leichten Retro Look macht. Er ist leicht schlechter lesbar als die "normale" blaue oder schwarze Mine, aber ich kenne ein paar blaue Minen die sehr viel heller waren. Mittlerweile will ich nicht mehr weg von der Farbe. 5/5 - Meine Minen sind mit Wachstropfen an der Spitze gekommen, damit sie in der Verpackung nicht austrocknen. Waren sofort nach entfernen des Wachstropfens einsatzbereit. 5/5 - Ich hatte leider einmal das Problem, dass nach etwa drei Monat regelmässiger Verwendung die Patronen "ausgetrocknet" sind. Ich habe zur zweiten noch neuen Mine gewechselt und ich hatte das selbe Problem sofort wieder. Ich glaube, dass das Papier Schuld war (irgendein Firmenbranding Papierblock), aber hatte das Problem mit einem anderen Mine nicht. Seitdem ich allerdings den Papierblock weggeschmissen habe, hatte haben sich Minen wieder normalen und jetzt schreibe ich schon 3/4 Jahr ohne Probleme. 4/5 Alles in allem: Werde ich wieder kaufen, sobald meine Minen verbraucht sind.

Gleitet sehr leicht übers Papier, aber das Rot ist recht blass im Gegensatz zu den schwarz und blau schreibenden Minen von Monteverde. Schneider Slider 755 Minen sind leichter erhältlich, günstiger, schreiben genau so leicht und die rote Tinte ist etwas kräftiger. Bedingt empfehlenswert.
