Not top of the line so don’t expect it, although it looks nice & was pretty easy to install. I would say it’s a little on the fragile side-so once installed go easy on it. Matte black looks super! If the handle becomes loose at all just take out the tiny “hot” or “cold” indicator & tighten with an allen wrench.

We installed this in our main first floor bathroom. Within 6 months of use the right handle had a chip in the paint.Wouldn’t consider this a high quality item but it a good design.

This faucet is simply unbeatable as far as value goes. I looked at Lowes and Home Depot for black bathroom faucets and the selection was very limited, and regardless, the prices were absolutely ridiculous. I'd say $190 was the lowest amount I would spend on a faucet from either of those places (and the supply lines aren't even included!).For $58.99 you'd think you were getting a cheap piece of garbage. However, after unboxing this thing I was quite surprised by the quality, and more reassuring, the weight of everything. This is very well made. One of the best parts: it comes with the supply lines.Another amazing thing that isn't even in the description is how the popup drain works. The popup drain is plastic and is spring loaded, you simply press the top of it, and it's either open or closed. No getting under the sink for tricky popup connections! Aside from that, you don't even need to use plumbers putty because it comes with a nice thick gasket that works fine(no leaks, and installed for about 4 days now). Another thing that is not described in the instructions is the fact that the popup top can be unscrewed for either snaking or cleaning which is a very convenient feature.I highly recommend this item...I just ordered another for my second bathroom.

The faucet and handles look amazing, and the installation was so simple anyone could do it. I wish I could give this product 4 or 5 stars, but I have to give it 3 because the drain assembly is all plastic, which is definitely not what I was expecting.The plastic drain assembly doesn’t sit flush with the sink, so it looks odd. Also, I tested the stoppers ability to hold water, and the water leaked out within a matter of minutes, so either is poorly made or I received a defective one. Nonetheless, I’m going to have to buy another component for my sinks for me to be comfortable with the finished product.

This set was ordered for a new bathroom sink. Arrived on time, packaging was more than adequate to keep from damage. Was easy for husband to install, has an elegant look. After a couple of months, however, the color is separating on the hot knob at the base.

I really like the look of this and it appears to be overall study. The swivel faucet is hard to find and works well so far. Our main concern is the tubing to the faucets. It is too short and crimps cutting off the water flow. We’ve tried to move it around and adjust with ties but we have to keep uncrimping it. It needs to be longer or more flexibleAlso, my husband has installed many over the years and this one was not easyI would have given it a four or five rating if not for these issuesCynthia Wager

I wish we had ordered three of these faucets! I was disappointed Amazon was sold out of them when I went to buy two more. Not only for the aesthetics, but ease of installation with the flex tubing as we are currently renovating a home with plumbing from the '80's. This was a true matte black finish, and the faucet and handles are extremely sturdy, and I cannot emphasis enough how easy it was to change out (the only additional piece we needed was a better fitting gasket for our existing plumbing but otherwise, it was perfect!). Highly recommend.

Theses were attractive upon arrival and easy enough to install. I never thought they came out far enough over sink, but I just decided to live with it. Around a year and 1/2 paint started to come off. I’ve been messaging here to find a solution, but it hasn’t happened yet. You get what you pay for. Find something higher quality if you want it to last.

We bought two of these for our bathroom remodel. They arrived very well packed and appeared to be of good quality. We did not install them until several months later when our renovation was finally done. Few small problems with installing the drain part, but it all worked in the end (tip: be sure not to overtighten!). These faucets looked AWESOME... for 3 months. Then the matte black finish on one of them chipped - a little bit. And then it is just getting worse and worse. Did I get a defective faucet? The second still looks fine. It's too late to return now.EDITI contacted Parlos and their customer service was excellent! Very quick to reply and helpful. I got a replacement and now I am very happy with my purchase. The second faucet is still looking like new after 9 month of use (but we have to carefully wipe all splashed water after every use to prevent white buildup).
