6.75 inch SM Clip Point Knife kit, Walnut

Good starter kit. Seems of an acceptable quality. Blade was finished well, and has a nice polish and edge to it. My only complaint, which is really not a big deal whatsoever, is that the handle needs to be set with pins (1/8" is the size I received), and the pre-drilled holes are NOT 1/8", much smaller in fact, which was not advertised. So be prepared to widen the holes in order to attach the scales to the knife. They do explain this in the instructions, which I appreciate. Still 5 stars for me, as the quality and feel of this is just phenomenal for the price.

I bought this on a whim for a gift for my husband. He loved putting it together and making the handle. It turned out extremely well. He even went further and made himself a leather sheath to fit the knife.
