You do get what you paid for. Cheap thick cardboard. I thought it was glass or some type of acrylic. I understand that music does not play on this, I am not sure why people thinks that. Anyhow, the quality is bad. It went straight to trash.

I am in love with the way it turned out, I thought it looked beautiful. It was ordered a month ago, kept in the box until Valentines Day then hung up on the wall. A few days after being on the wall we noticed it started peeling off so that's a bit disappointing.

I love the quick delivery, the clarity of the picture and the packaging. The way it is advertised it makes you think it will play the music you selected but l was disappointed to see it does not. The whole reason for the purchase was the music but it just displayed the title, who played the song and how many minutes the song plays. They bait you with one thing and switch it to give something entirely different. If they want to sell a photo frame then they should have done just that. It is very deceptive. Personalization Mall could have done it better in my opinion. Now l have to look for another gift because this did not do what l thought it would do. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wish l had read the product reviews before buying it.

I feel tricked honestly. I could have printed our picture and glued it to a piece of wood!I gave this as a gift for our 1 year anniversary, after only a week of having it- the picture is peeling off, and the back support is peeling off. I'm beyond disappointed in this item and embarrassed to have given it as a gift.The seller did respond quickly when I messaged with my concerns and addresses them accordingly. I do appreciate that and will change from 1 start to 2.Thank you.This is also under the "media and text" category which is false advertising, it's just text- NO MUSIC!
