1st gaming pc as a console player
I’ve never had a gaming pc, and for the last 15 years I’ve only used Mac products so my experience with windows in general is probably less than most people. All that being said, the product looks really nice, the cable management seems good, no visible scratches or loose parts. As far as gaming goes, minimal time was needed to set up. I downloaded steam and installed marvel rivals as a test and it ran very quietly and cool at 145 fps in 1440p, which was mind boggling for someone who’s only used consoles. So far, everything has been great, would highly recommend for anyone looking to make a switch from console to pc without the knowledge or desire to learn about building their own pc.

Amazing but some Cons
Awesome PC. But the C Type port and the mic port weren't working, not the biggest deal since I use a USB to Audio Interface to XLR mic so I'm using the USB port. Antennas are kinda bad, they barely connect to my wifi no matter where I turn them and my internet is fine, maybe I'll switch to ethernet. Also move the Antenna spots away from the HDMI ports, can't turn the antennas up with the HDMI cords so close. If you use the antennas and it has a hard time connecting to the wifi it will blue screen and restart your PC, it's done that to me 10 times so far. Those are my only complaints. Hopefully no other issues happen as it is a really nice and powerful PC.

UPDATE: Damaged computer - RAM memory stick defective
UPDATE: The issue was "Too many blue screens". I received help from customer support and the problem was identified as a defective memory stick. Skytech asked to send both memory sticks so they can send me a replacement. That means that I will not have a computer for the length of time between shipments and packing, etc. Or to make a deposit of $50 to have the memory shipped first. Neither one was a good solution for a brand new computer which started to give problems from day 1. Skytech did not help but Amazon did. I ended up buying new memory sticks.

Please read fully..
First, I want to say the “bang for buck” is definitely there; it has an unlocked, liquid cooled, 12th generation i7 processor, Nvidia RTX4060 GPU, 1TB nvme SSD and decent MOBO. This rig is a powerhouse for the price paid. On ultra settings, I’m seeing average frame rates of 190+. I wanted a PC to replace my gaming laptop that I’d been using for a couple years now. I like the expandability that a desktop holds over a laptop. That being said, I anticipated upgrading components anyways. I have put about 40 hours game time into it before I met my issue, haven’t even been using this thing a full month yet.. I was playing some World of Warcraft and the game crashed. There was a recent game update and this is not uncommon after a patch. When it decided to crash on me multiple times over an hour, I started digging a little deeper and discovered there is a hardware issue. From what I read, this points toward a RAM problem. I spent several hours with windows testing and confirmed there was a memory problem. I have not spoken with Skytech customer service just yet since at the time of this posting, they are closed until Monday. I’ve already ordered new RAM to install anyway, since that was why I chose the desktop to replace my laptop, so 3 stars given just as a baseline. I will add another star (if warranted) when I get a chance to deal with customer service regarding this matter. 4 stars will be highest from me since I expected a bit more use before dealing with any problems.. I have no reasons to suspect they’ll handle the matter appropriately but, you never know.. So, 5 is out of the question because I’ve had a hardware malfunction within my first month of ownership, 4 is possible if the service experience is smooth and they do the right thing and replace what is needed under warranty.. Will update after service contact.3/26/24 update*I’ve managed to reach tech support and we did some troubleshooting. I had already ordered RAM anyways and we installed that and tested again with no issue. Skytech is sending me some new RAM as well, since they’re replacing bad RAM under warranty. Overall, excellent experience. 4 stars from me then! Problems happen, it is what it is. Where a company has the opportunity to shine is by making things right when and if that opportunity comes.
