Do i still need a transformer for this or does this suffice? seems like an adapter?

Don't buy this product. I bought 4 before I moved to Spain and all had around 150v output. Burned 2 pieces of electronic equipment costing me over $500 before I threw them in the trash. Joe Lynch Eliminar

Hi, ca n use this with a Ninja blender 420 watts???, in Argentina, there is 220 v.

Probably because it is good for hair dryers which are 1800 watts. But I used it in Switzerland for the first time. The family cant keep up with the usage and it got too hot too quickly.
