- [ ] I’m loving this metal therapy hand exerciser! Perfect fidget toy for adults and hand strengthener for exercise. If it’s laying around, I find myself instinctively picking it up and playing with it, even if my hands are tired. Which is good because it is supposed to strengthen the hands so it’s pretty natural to keep going back to it, especially because I have adhd. I do think that this will help me with guitar as well. It’s an easily addicting exercise. It’s even fun to toss from hand to hand; I like the weight of it. It helps me focus on tasks like studying for school, and helps with anxiety. I’m looking forward to continue using it and see how strength improves over time.

This hand exerciser works to strengthen and work out tightness. I really had to keep at it every day as it does take some initial strength to use, but I am proud I stuck with it as my hands and fingers feel better. I spend a lot of time at the computer keyboard and had been putting warm pads, ice packs, and lotions on them to try and help so I could continue working. I now only use the exerciser. I am happy with the purchase, but I didn't like the packaging. I returned the first one as it seemed it had been opened and banged around with no insert or top. I received a replacement and it was the same. It felt I had bought from a discount store and they were returns verus a brand new item. I didn't take off from the score of the product as I think that the packaging is more on Amazon versus the product.

Purchased this as the exercise balls seem to be hard to find or not seemingly durable. This one is very strong and sometimes the weak hands can only take a very short time with it!

..without reading the description. This is a single. I thought I'd be getting a pair. Granted, I was rushed when I was placing the order. Is it my bad for not reading the fine print? I read EULA's and I'm up to my eyeballs with that kind of thing. It's simply not commerce-friendly. If it hadn't been a gift, I'd return it for not matching the description as readily as I was expecting. I'll eat this one, but Amz hasn't been winning much with me these days; they need to filter this kind of thing to meet the same standards they had a few years ago. I'm not even going to raise the subject of the seller....

Very unique and effective device. Smooth in your hands and it has the ability to move in a way that brings your finger muscles into play. It isn't overly firm, very easy to use. Great for working the thumbs!Good product.

I love fidgeting with this thing while I'm doing paperwork or reading great way to help my grip strength and protect myself from arthritis and carpal tunnel. Thank you for this awesome product!

Only 2 stars as this product was too stiff and uncomfortable. Probably fine for somebody else w a stronger grip though.

As someone who works on a computer a lot, sitting still with lots of emails, this has been really helpful for me. I sometimes get anxiety about deadlines and higher-ups expectations, and when I need to focus on something physical, my little office squeeze has been extremely effective in bringing me back to the present and doing something physical. I started walking around the office and having something in my hand to mold and stretch while I’m walking or even sitting waiting for a response at work has helped reduce my anxiety. It also blends in well to the other office supplies so no one says anything about it. Thank you for this!
