Travelon: Flat-Out Toiletry Kit

I have been using this cute toiletry bag during our travels for the last 8 months and it has been great. It has been convenient to just unzip and have everything I need in one place. The clip on top allows me to hang it on hooks, in closets, and other holders; depending what is available. The zippered compartments keep my items in place and organized. On one occasion, a lotion spilled but the spill proof material contained it to that compartment. It is made out of quality material as everything is still like new including the color. Very good purchase.

This is a great product. Holds everything I need for business or personal travel. Tucks into my carryon while leaving room to pack around it.

I travel a ton, for work and for pleasure. I typically check a bag (I'm usually gone for 4 days to a week at a time and like to have all my stuff). I'd resigned to keeping my toiletries in ziploc bags, because every other travel kit like this I had either wasn't big enough or got really grubby after a few uses. But I was taking a long international trip and moving hotels a lot and wanted to try again with something I could hang somewhere in the bathroom and that could help me stay organized. I read a lot of reviews and this item fit the bill. Happy to report it handily got me through my two-week trip without a single glitch or wish for improvement in it's design. You can pack it open and flat if you need to or zip it up if you have room. The strap is great for securing to towel bars, shower curtain rods, etc without worrying someone might knock it down (like they could with a hook). For what I carry, the split of the compartments was perfect. Hair stuff, face stuff, eye stuff, shower stuff. And the fabric it's made out of dries quickly, so in the case of any spills or leaks, you can rinse it out and it's like new again. Every time I used it or packed it I thought "I finally got this right!" I can leave it packed with all my travel-sized supplies and be ready to jet out the door next time!

Another good product from Travelon, even though I ended up not keeping it. But it has good features that might work for some people; I've just found that I like a smaller toiletries bag with minimal pockets and doo-dads. This one is not huge at all, but just a bit bigger than my other Travelon. The purple color is gorgeous (they've upped their game in that area), and it has a clever way of folding/unfolding... you can even leave it flat in your luggage. I think all toiletry bags need to be able to hang up in case you don't have enough counter space: instead of a regular metal hook, this one has a loop that opens so you can hook it around thicker towel racks or whatever. I love that feature. The plastic interior pockets were just a little too stiff for me and maybe too restrictive, but if you carry a bit more or are worried about spills, this might be the perfect bag for you.

I love Travelon products. This organizes my skincare, makeup, and essential grooming items almost as well as my larger (mega!) roll out case, but in the smaller sizes needed for shorter travel. There are six compartments with clear, heavy, flexible plastic windows, so that when travelling I can easily see and grab a nail brush, hair clips, tweezers, really anything you might want as well as skin & hair care and makeup, and yet travel with only carry-on bags because its strong, lean and lightweight. A large solid zippered pocket at the back would hold items not needed as often like first aid, or things you take out when you get there. I like the adjustable strap that snaps together at the top for hanging because it seems it could attach to just about anything. There's no separate TSA one quart bag, but I like to use a silicone zip lock bag for that and sort things into this at my destination. I bought the deep purple one which is elegant looking. If you're looking for glitzy glam, this isn't it, but it's beautifully made and would look at home most anywhere.

My MUST HAVE travel companion. So many different pockets to fit all your toiletries, and yet super compact. Cannot recommend this enough to all my friends.

Loved it--absolutely loved it--until one of the zippers broke when I took it on my first trip. Don't know how to contact the seller for a replacement.

I am very pleased with this hanging toiletry bag. I would say this is a medium size bag. I wouldn't use it if I needed full size products. I have taken it on several trips and it has held up great and the zippers are smooth. My last trip was 12 days and I had no problem fitting everything I needed for myself and two kids. I travel carry-on only and this case fits perfectly. I love the fact you can use it two different ways in the suitcase (flat or zipped), having that versatility is a real plus. I would recommend.

Bought this to replace an old hanging toiletry bag and I’m so happy I did. This case has perfect organizational compartments for all my travel toiletries and tools of all sizes. It held everything I needed for a longer trip abroad and kept it all neatly organized. It folds up fairly flat, making it easy to stash in a stuffed suitcase. Highly recommend!!

I bought this to use for keeping my knitting supplies organized. It has a good number of zippered, clear pockets of different sizes so I can store supplies like some of my most frequently used fixed circulars, interchangeable keys, cable needles, stitch markers, scissors, etc. I use the elastic loops for the few crochet hooks I have. I keep my few sets of dpns in the front pocket. It's kind of big so not great for taking with me but for storing supplies I use less often, it's great. One star off because when I unzip it facing me (with the word Travelon right way up), all the pockets are actually upside down when it opens, so it's not very intuitive. I find it annoying that I'm always opening it up with everything upside down. Because I don't open it often I often forget to turn it upside down first. Again, not intuitive at all.

I love this bag! I’ve always found that stuff falls out of traditional toiletry bags so the zippered compartments are perfect! I was worried it would be too big or not zip up because of all my stuff but it’s neither. It’s a great bag.
