Edit: updating my review. Seller messaged me and was very helpful. I had already ordered another PC tho, but I appreciated the quick service. The new PC I ordered is nothing like the old one in terms of speed. I havent tried gaming yet, but in terms of my photography software I had no issues with installation this time. I contacted seller to update them and let them know I was satisfied. I also tried installing software while downloading and/or uploading and my PC was fast enough. Sometimes when updating windows it takes a few seconds longer when I put my pin code in, but otherwise I have none of the issues the last PC has. I wonder if there was an issue with transport that could have affected the original. I play music and so far so good. I have yet to try Netflix but the screen on this is very vivid and can be seen at multiple angles as mentioned. So I'm very happy and am updating the review from 2 to 5 stars. 😊 First computer I received was very well packaged. Sleek looking. Appeared to be of quality build. However after updating windows I was having issues with speed. I was having difficulties just installing applications such as Luminar photo editing software. I'm not sure if it was due to downloading while I was using the pc for other things, but when extracting files like filters for my editing software, this was an issue. I even tried to reset the computer back to stock and start over, and I had to manually uninstall everything myself because the PC couldn't do it on its own without freezing up. I checked the storage and I had only used about 30 gigs and I had an extra 500 gig card in it as well. I was disappointed as this took A LOT of time that I felt this PC should have been able to do on its own. I ended up sending the PC back and I requested a new one. It could have had an issue during transit, I'm not sure. For all the positive review, I was surprised it acted this way.

Extremely go quality, nice picture, performance is great,the weight is very lite and I use my 15.6 laptop for coding ( C++). The only con is the battery life is very short.

I got this just to look up different things. I need to return the laptop. I've hardly used this. I'm looking for the date it was purchased because it won't charge. It's just dead. It's been in the same location since I bought it. Would like it replaced if I could. Please get back to me about what I can do.

Works pretty well. Only complaint is the touch pad, it’s too sensitive. Barely move your finger across and it enlarges the screen or shrinks it down. Took me a while to figure out how to get the display back to normal size. You have to pinch on the touch pad or spread your fingers to adjust the screen size UPDATE this laptop is swelling up ( I suspect it’s the battery) it’s pushing the mouse pad right out of the chassis now and the case is bowing up in the center

Good value for your money. Functions fine and I like the look. Easy to set up. Does everything I need it to.. Not to heavy and pretty thin.

I knew going in this was a budget windows laptop. In the end it is fine, it does the job I need for my classes. However god forbid I’m not within 26 inches of an unused lower outlet. The battery on this thing is worse than awful. Even at the lowest of all settings and a very dim screen this battery never lasted even up to 3 hours only using zoom for my classes. Other than that everything else on it functioned as stated. But I have just constantly been severely disappointed with the battery power.

Pros: It came with office 11, very fast, lots of space (HD) and works very well with my system. I recoment and will share with coworkers. Con: if I can say anything negative it would be the touch pad is way to sensitive even turned all the way down. Startup book could have had more details.
