The taste is pretty awful but it's the best supplement i've used for hair growth EVER. And I've used a lot. I've gotten "used" to the taste now and the benefits far outweigh the taste for me. Takes probably 2 months of every day use to see results

I've only been taking this vitamin for a week so I'll update later. I did want to go ahead and say, order it! I HATE taking vitamins in pill form and I'm so bad at remembering to do so. I was really reluctant to buy this product because I'm not a fan of weird taste. The first day I took this I gagged because the consistency caught me off guard. However, once I was able to think about it, the next day was fine. It definitely has a peach flavor, which I love. There is a slight undertone that's not as enjoyable but it's not bad at all. The consistency is like a peach baby food puree.In the week I've been taking it, I have felt a slight difference in energy levels. Which is nice because I'm four months postpartum and never slow down. I look forward to seeing how much this product helps not just with my hair, but my overall health. I'll definitely be ordering more.

I have 2 babies 13 months apart, my hair was falling off by the handful everyday, I had super thick hair so I didn't care until my ponny tail was 1/10 of what it used to be, after 4 years of having my last baby, it didn't seem to stop I was getting holes in my head and still every day I shower or brush a handful of hair will come out, well I've taking this for 2 weeks and since the first week my hair stop falling off, everyday I shower I loss like 3 hairs and that's it, I used to clean the drain every other day, not anymore I notice some baby hairs but I'm just thrilled that I'm not loosing my hair anymore 100% worth it, I've even tried minoxidil but still was growing and falling off at the same rate, is pricey but I'll keep drinking it everyday, the taste is ok, is just the oil consistency and after taste, but nothing crazy bad. So I'll keep buying it and recommending it

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The products claims to have ultra absorption, and as someone who had gastric bypass surgery and pills don't absorb like they did before surgery, absorption is key. NOW, that being said, this product tastes AWFUL. I'm going to push trough because if it really works, then it's worth it. I'll revise my review once I'm done with this bottle. UPDATE: WAY less awful when it is chilled.

I just started using this product, so my experience is upon beginning use. The taste is not bad- I got the peach flavor and while it’s not the best thing I’ve ever tasted it’s not gross.(a sweet peachy vanilla type of flavor that barely masks the vitamin taste) Totally doable on a daily basis. Even though it says you can take without food, I could not tolerate it and must take with food. So if you have a sensitive stomach probably error on the side of caution. I do feel like I have a boost in energy when I take this but in terms of hair growth, nail/skin TBD. Hoping to see some benefit.
