I give this a 5 star rating because the kit has so much in it. It has everything you need to complete the projects, and I have used the hooks, stitch markers, and other things on different projects as well. I have not been able to complete the turtle I was trying to make, it may be a me problem, but I can’t understand what I am doing wrong. I had to google how to make the magic circle because I could not do it the way they say to do it with this kit, and will probably just google how to make the turtle because I just can’t do it with these instructions. I have made several blankets since attempting the turtle, but I simply couldn’t understand the instructions on the turtle shell from the very beginning. I may try some of the other patterns and see if they are any clearer. I don’t read patterns very well, I learn best by videos and need a very clear video to watch to be successful normally, that’s why I say it may be a me problem and still give this cute little kit a 5 star rating. It’s worth it even if I have to find different videos to complete the projects.

I usually don’t tend to leave reviews, but I needed to express how awesome this kit is. I just received mine and I have to say I was amazed on the quality with everything that came with this kit. When I was little, my grandmother taught me how to crochet. However, due to my busy lifestyle, I stopped and put it off to the side. I’ve been missing this hobby that connects me to my grandmother, therefore have decided to start again. This kit is perfect for beginners. I’ve also watched the first two out of eighteen free lesson videos and the lady in the video is very informative and breaks down all of the steps to ensure you are able to understand and follow along. I was able to remember a few steps from her video and am easily picking it up again. I find crochet to be a wonderful, relaxing hobby and this kit takes away all the hassle with getting started. Seriously, I love this!

It's super cool, thanks to Modda Hobby Kits for such a complete kit and super easy tutorials. That's my first bee and it was super easy to follow the steps. I recommend it a hundred! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

My first kit and I have to say I'm impressed with everything it included. the hooks seem like good quality and doesn't hurt my hand, I've been crocheting every night. I wish they had more ideas on how to make more animals. the videos were very helpful. I learned a lot.

This is a great complete beginners kit with easy to follow video instructions from start to finish. The projects provided are fun to start with and have variety of choices.

The products are great, the online group/community you are invited to is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I thought I knew the stitches but their videos are much easier to follow and now I have corrected my stitches!

It being my first I don’t know what to compare it to but it does seem to have everything I need so I’m excited to start!
