A little pricey. But then beauty is. The trick with this and other devices is consistency. Works with app on phone but you don't have to use app. Must use a conductive gel. I don't use theirs as too $$$

Awful product!
This product did not work and actually shocked my hand when I tried to use it. I sent it back and they literally sent me back THE SAME DEFECTIVE product. What a waste of time and money! I threw it in the trash!

Very easy to use. Takes 4 minutes for entire face. Only problem. Is it uses expensive gel. Look for an alternative

Faulty design, almost caught on fire
The product works ( visible difference in wrinkles) until it doesn't. For me it was 2 1/2 months, then the device failed to charge and the charging port overheated and burnt and the metal piece over it melted. The whole device almost caught on fire. Very dangerous. Way too expensive for this kind of malfunction ( which from reading reviews is not an isolated incident). It is almost impossible to find a way to contact ZIIP directly for their 2 year warranty , except by chat, email... To which they do not reply! Would recommend AGAINST buying this product

I’ve used several microcurrent devices and never seen results this quickly. Very impressed with this! And I really like the app!

Silver head
Same thing happened to me and the shipment was slow to send a replacement. Wrote the company but had to get Amazon involved before they finally sent a replacement !Too expensive to have the silver heads falling off after being pleased with results had to start all over again.Perhaps NuFace would be a better pick.A little update..my results have been fantastic. I have used this for a month.Customer service is lacking but I'm glad I bought this.
