Haven't used it BUT. Sharp enough to open another amazon box 😅. I can say I'm not disappointed. Sharp,little bit of weight good enough for proper chopping wood. Perfect little camp tool.Using this on moto camp adventures.

I am a woodworker and appreciate a well made product. The wood grain is very nice, - the handle solid in your hand. The blade and leather cover are also excellent. There was the slight defect on the blade cover. I was willing to pay for another one, but when contacting the company, I was told to send pics of the defect and was sent another one. The quality and service are way worth the price.

Packaged very well. You can tell this was hand crafted. The hickory handle is nice and smooth with a good curvature. The. Blade is sharp and polished. It has metal wedges to secure the blade to the handle. I believe it is 4 stars

Am a person who likes quality that if am not happy with the item I will return it. I just bought a axe from a well known person who makes everything you can think of I looked at it and I was disappointed his hatchet failed on every way… this hatchet you made is amazing in every way from the handle that fits like a glove to the top were you can really grip it perfectly and you can shave or cutt with this hatchet the weight is nice the leather shelth is my favorite it fits just right really good quality hatchet!!! Very sharp, splits and cuts when needed

The hatchet has not been used yet- however I did inspect it ! And it looks solid , well built and I can get an excellent grip on it !! The hatchet does look very nice also ! I’m glad I purchased it !

This is an ok hand axe; I was surprised that it only had a wood wedge finished with a smaller metal wedge, at this price point I would like to see a round wedge.The axe head seems to emulate Swedish and German axe finishing, only lack the smiting mark.The handle is nicely shaped, and sanded to a smooth finish. If you can get this axe lower than $50, it would be a good first axe.

Very nice hatchet. I bought the 15 inch one and I am glad I did. It is made off shore but expected that for the price. Made in USA would have been nice but very rare in today's world.
