Soft gummies
These used to be hard gummies which were a little bit too hard for my liking. The new bottles have been way softer which is awesome. They taste good.

Delicious, but not the right kind of potassium for my needs, sadly
The taste is great and it doesn't have sugar alcohols (won't use) nor stevia (I'm one of the 40% of people for whom stevia tastes horribly bitter, not sweet!).However, not everyone should be taking potassium citrate (to prevent kidney stones). Go look up the medical research on potassium citrate vs. potassium chloride (I'm licensed to practice medicine in NYS and had a private practice on Union Square, now retired). Important to know why you'd take one and not the other.I'm taking potassium for muscle cramps, so I need potassium chloride.Wish these delicious gummies came in that kind of potassium. (Hint, hint!)

pre diabetic and on low carb diet
im on a low carb diet and alot of the foods that are rich in potassium ie bananas and potatos, ive had to cut from my diet. taking two of these gummies makes up for that loss.

Great tasting alternative to giant pills
My potassium levels were a bit low on some recent lab work and doctor wanted me to take these gigantic chalk looking pills which were the same dose of potassium as these gummies, and boy are these far easier to take than trying to swallow a huge pill. I did check with my doctor and he said he was ok with me taking these instead and good news, my lab work was back to normal on my last check. These taste like a gummy candy and they do the job.If you are prescribed potassium please check with your doctor before just switching to these on your own.
