Because Amazon's Community Guidelines wont allow any "statements or claims related to preventing or curing serious medical conditions or severe symptoms", I can't say specifically how this probiotic has helped me but I can say that after researching and reading medical/clinical research on this probiotic, that I decided to buy this brand due to it's affordability AND potency and I'm SO glad that I did. Research shows that the pasteurized form of this probiotic is more effective than live Akkermansia. This brand has the pasteurized form. I've been taking this probiotic for 4 months now and have decided NEVER to do without it! This probiotic is unique in the way it contributes to overall gut health and how having enough of Akkermansia muciniphila in your intestines is important, according to the clinical research I've read. You can have your gut microbiome tested to see if taking this probiotic might be of interest to you or you can go by symptoms you're experiencing in relation to what research shows having low levels of Akkermansia is related to. If you want to know the specifics, just research the benefits of Akkermansia muciniphila or read some published medical or clinical research on the subject and good health to you.

These packets are easy to take along on trips, or just to work each day. The flavor is similar to unsweetened tea. They are a good source of pre and probiotics as well as a collagen supplement that is easy to take each day..

At first I wasn't to fond of the taste and texture but as I kept taking it, it doesn't seem to bother me so much. I literally pour a packet in my mouth and chase it with water. I can definitely vouch for the prebiotics working well to keep me regular. As for the collagen I don't know if I've seen many benefits but willing to buy another box for consistency purposes to see if I can see a difference. I like the convenience of this being on the go as well, I'm forgetful with meds and supplements but tucking these in my purse makes it easy for me to take while out and about and suddenly remember to take it.

Love these. Please, please please don't change anything with them. I was on a mission to improve my gut health for my physical and mental well being. I researched a lot into probiotics before deciding on these and they have great strains for a female without a bunch of additives for a decent price compared to others. The main thing is them actually reaching your gut and making a difference and I have noticed an amazing difference in combination with my hormonal balancing herbs from my functional doc. My first visit he had me bring in any supplements I was taking and these were the only ones he approved of. I stopped taking all others and just take these and the herbs he prescribed and I feel like a new person. Couldn't recommend enough.

Bought this probiotic due to a few factors: probiotic amount, different strains of bacteria, veggie capsule, its shelf stable, and a good price which are all markers of a quality product for me. I like to use probiotics to keep my gut happy, it helps with my digestion when things are feeling sluggish and it's a staple in my routine for my health. So far so good, I take one probiotic every other day due to the probiotic amount, I don't need much than that due to eating fermented food as well. For beginners take high dose probiotics, I would recommend starting off slow to see how it makes you feel until you get to the recommended dosage. Love this, it will be a repurchase for me.

Kinda middle ground on this one. I’m trying different collagen products and this one feels like it’s not really good but not the worst. It has a fruit punch flavor, and it drops to the bottom with stirring so (?) it’s easy to take with you and add to whatever-
