I was a little surprised when I opened the box was self assembly. I don't remember any indication of this when I ordered it. However, after putting it together - it took about 20 minutes- it proved to be an excellent product - quiet, extremely efficient and unobtrusive. Not only that, we have had it on for at least 12 hours a day, in this current heatwave without a glitch. I would be happy to order this product again although it should be ready constructed as it is a bit fiddly to put together. Not everyone is as dexterous as me!!!!Buy you could say, I'm a fan!!!!

Great little fan but ordered 2 and 1 was not useable as 1 plastic nut was missing, when I told seller they needed proof with photos but how can I take a photo of something that did not exist? Very unhelpful and left with 1 decent fan and 1 that's now stored in loft as totally useless

Nice fan and was delivered promptly. The reason for the lower rating is that when it was assembled it failed to work. I did put down that I would return this product but due to the hassle in finding a suitable box (original one was damaged by me when opening), returning and not living by any Post Office I decided to investigate the problem myself. I started at the controls, low and behold the problem was found to be the live wire not being connected to the control. Was an easy repair but one thing which made me chuckle was that it had a QC sticker on the base when I was putting it back together. As I work in Quality, I thought this was kind of ironic.The fan now works perfectly hence the higher score than the one star I was going to give it.

I bought 12 of these fans for a school workshop. Some had rusty screws and one even contained a knife in the box. The cages were fiddle the fit and don't sit flush. The fans won't stay in place when the heads are tilted. If I didn't order these at last minute the products would have been returned. However that's my doing for leaving them while last minute.

This was the cheapest product I could find so I'm surprised it is lasting as long as it is. It was a little fiddley to put together with a few small screws, but it now sits next to my bed constantly on fast for 7-9 hours a night. The noise is a quiet whirling, no rattles or anything to disturb you. I am very pleased with this product and happy to recommend it to others.

Bought this for my terrible night sweat, I have a big mobile air con which was getting a pain moving out of the way etc. so looked on Amazon. After reading the reviews I decided on this one. I'm so glad I did.It oscillates quite wide range, tilts down and up. The controls are on the front, so I can do it from my lay down position. It's quiet to leave on while we sleep. The oscillating button is top back, you need sit up to do this ladies. But it's a God send I won't be with out now. Oh and sits nicely on the bedside unitGreat seller, but I am a Prime member, so next day delivery. 😻

The fan stopped working from the first time I switched it off. It felt like I just wasted my money. Seller seems like he is very dubious and selling fake products.Seller should not be allowed to sell faulty items to customers.

This fan moves a decent amount of air. Motor or fan are slightly out of balance at high speed resulting in a noticeable rumbling sound when oscillating. The blade is a very soft plastic.
