I suggest you go onto YouTube and watch a tutorial if you're having trouble because there's no real good directions that come with these boxes. you have to connected to the Internet- wifi or otherwise- then you have to go under the main page & select the box that says- add apps, and you have to download the android app then you get a get out of there ( back to main page) and then go under apps box and click to download the TV app, the playback app and the VOD video on demand app ( one at a time). then back out you go to the main page and select TV and you hit the "+ " and you'll see the TV app you just added-highlight & select "ok" then hit the back button- Then you'll go on your VOD -video on demand and hit the plus sign and then you'll add the VOD app then you'll go back to "play back" and you'll select play back app and then you go to the main screen when you hit TV you're gonna hit the app that says TV and then you should be good to go-.when you are in the TV app you can hit "ok" and then the left arrow ( from the circle outside the the okay button) and the channel guide will come up. you can also just hit the left arrow button on its own & you'll see what comes upyou just have to explore & you can always hit the back button & start over/ you can search for movies & shows in the VOD & look from previously screened shows in the "play back "you can create favorites from the guide & in the shows you watchingplay around- explorethat's the only way to figure these boxes out

I thought l was gonna love this! At first l did! After about 6 months it started to freeze up! I was told that from time to time it would. All you needed to do refresh it and clear the cashe!For a while that was all that was necessary but after almost a year and l have purchased 3 more l can say without a doubt that it’s NOT worth it!You spend 15-20 minutes in the morning trying to to refresh, clear the cacashe out every 15 minutes because it freezes all the time! And since you’re past the 30 days the sellers don’t really give a dam!I would not recommend buying these! I bought a v-see box after seeing it on tik tok and the reviews are top tier so fyi just be aware that these boxes are only temporary!

Quality of Picture is great, Maybe I would recommend a way to share the Channel list for printing. So Many channels. Save time in seeing a guide in Print.?

Update: the seller responded to my question and helped resolve the issue. Apparently there was a software glitch. All is well and the box is working beautifully.I’ve had the box for three months now. Initially, it worked well then it started freezing up or blanking on certain stations. I reached out to the seller but did not get a response. Recently the box stopped working with a message “ device forbidden”. I’ve tried re-installing everything however, that’s not working again. I’ve reached out to the seller and have not heard back. After doing some research, I’ve learned that some third-party sellers violated the rules and super box ended up, locking the entire case of boxes. Apparently it’s extremely important to make sure you buy from a seller that follows the terms and conditions. likely my device is locked due to the selling of super box below the price lock, and the manufacturer has set.I have reached out to the seller again hoping they can help resolve this issue. So far they have been non-responsive.

Formula81 I purchased s6pro superbox with in 3 months get an device forbidden code the superbox stops working..... after contacting the Formula81 they were able to fix my problem. I would recommend anyone their honest i'm very considering other customers.

Just purchased 2 SuperBox less than a month. They were working fine. I have a message on Both TV's saying Devices Forbidden. I'm very Disappointed right because they're not working. At 1st I would have gave them a 10 but now it's a 0 because They're not working. I'm glad I received the warranty on them but they are not damaged. I have sent a message to the seller and no reply back yetCan anyone help me on what I need to do for them to play again.
