This can hurt your hand after a little time of pressing but it totally worked beautifully. Got into such small cracks. Tip: always wipe excess caulking with baby wipes. Works wonders. The needle cleaned well with a simple toothpick. BUY IT

I bought this as an experiment. I have been building the big Polar Lights Enterprise Refit model. The directions recommend you build the model in sections to aid in actual building. I had finished the lower hull, neck and struts for nacelles. When assembled these parts left a minor gap where they joined the hull. Saw this on Amazon and decided to try it. I didn't use regular caulk, but Dap Alex plus Spackling. I had used this product in the past for small seam lines on other models with no ill effects later. I tried squeezing the tube into the syringe as per instructions but couldn't get it to fill the tube. So I just pulled out the plunger and filled directly from the top. Worked like a champ. Bead was so small all I had to do was wet a Q-tip and smooth it out. Didn't even mess with the decals. I wished I had taken pictures. I'll add some later as I know will be filling a couple more seams here shortly.

Not easy to use

Dispensing thick caulk like OSI Quad Window is very difficult.

As you can see in the photo I had a VERY fine line to fill so this ultra slim point was perfect. The tube was easy to fill and direct. Easy to clean for multiple uses. Glad I bought this as it served its purpose well. Biggest challenge was pressing down on the plunger to release the caulk - it took a LOT of pressure and made me feel like I had full on arthritis by the end.

To be honest, I haven'y used the precision applicator yet, but first off, these are very hard to find elsewhere. The reason for this review is that I purchased this for shower and cabinet work at my Mother's house that was damaged during the Harvey flood in Houston. I ordered 1. When I received the package in the mail, I opened it and the invoice was on top of a wrapped bag. I opened up the invoice and it was the correct charge (quantity: 1). At the bottom was a hand written note that reads as follows: "Hi Jason, Thank you for your order. We are thinking of you folks after the flooding. Enclosed is a Pro Pack instead of a single unit. We hope it helps with the clean up." - Tim. // In the bag was 6 unit Pro Pack with all the tip connectors. Had a section of vinyl plank flooring with a tiny corner piece chunk missing along the baseboard. Worked perfectly! Little pricey, and instructions didn't indicate what every included piece was for, but even with a couple small issues, worked perfectly.

This little gadget is a game-changer! Used it to put a super-fine bead of white caulk, without getting it on the surrounding gray grout, at the intersection of where white tiles had to be split in the corner of a shower niche. Easy to use, precise, and best of all, no cleaning up a mess of smeared caulk. Highly recommend!
