Here is a list of what is wrong with this alarm clock:1) I know it's normal for alarm clock buttons to stop working. That's usually a sign it's time for a new one. We've had this less than a year, and half the buttons don't work most of the time.2) It's not intuitive at all. I can never remember if I have to press and hold the alarm button or the time button to set the alarm time. There is only one power button for music, and it automatically plays from the SD card. If you want to listen to the radio, you have to press that power button, then the FM button. For Bluetooth, you press Power, then Bluetooth. This is frustrating when the FM button alternates between doing nothing, changing to Bluetooth, and doing what it's supposed to.3) You have to cycle through the other options just to turn the alarm on and off. For example, to turn the alarm off, you have to cycle through other options, first, including a demo of a loud, jangly alarm sound. Hope no one else is trying to sleep while you do this.4) The radio gets little to no reception, even from stations with a strong signal.5) It no longer charges to 100%, only 90%.6) The alarm shuts off after just a few minutes. We bought this for our 8-year-old son to be able to wake up more independently for school. He just goes back to sleep when the music shuts off.We will be attempting to return this item.

This product has too many faults, the life is about 1 year until you need a replacement clock radio. Gradually functions started to malfunction. The buttons don't always do what's expected. The display has gone dark so it is no longer a clock, only a bluetooth speaker. Good functions , BUT not made with the best quality in mind, disappointing

Sucks! Swallows! Blows! It keeps speeding up the time! I move it back a good 7-9 mins every few weeks. It also constantly shows the first number column ,reads for example “01:30”. Hate it!

After less than 6 months the Ac power supply stopped working. Buyer beware.

This alarm clock sucks out of the box but leave it on and charge it and it works way better.

Finally unboxed it this week and went to use it.. The bluetooth is non existent.. It pairs but does not play music. (beyond choppy) I wish I had of used it before the return window expired. Stay away from this one.
