Amazing product, well worth the money
Bought these in July 2024, have just bought again as one of the earbuds had physically broken. No fault of the make nor the design, instead I dropped them. The sound quality it arguably superior to the Airpods and battery undoubtedly miles better. A single charge and these last six hours. As someone who works in a loud warehouse for 12 hour shifts, they are amazing as I charge them over lunch and they are ready to go again. The adaptability and customisation of the attachments to help the fit is impeccable as I struggled to find in ear headphones that fit. They are comfortable, have never given me the earache that other earphones did and are easy to clean. Sure, occasionally there is an issue with the sound cutting out but it's so sporadic and all you have to do is pop the earphones back into the case and go again. Really easy to use and pair and I love the fact you can customise the sound in the app. 10/10 product

Expensive, but you’ll never need another pair of earbuds!
Why did you choose this product over others?:I chose these because the noise cancelling is superior and is fantastic for people who are in loud environments. You get passive noise cancelling from the ear tips being snug in your ear, then it’s your choice to add extra noise cancelling in the app, but a little goes a long way, and I’ve never needed it to half way or full.Charging speed:Charging speed is fantastic and never had the headphones go flat on me yet, even after heavy useComfort:Comfort with these earbuds is fantastic, they come with different sized ear tips, from small to large, so you can have a different size in each ear.Weight:The weight is fairly light weight and feel premium with a nice feel to themDesign:The design is small and compact, but don’t let that take away from the amazing sound quality, amazing and shocked me when I put them in the first timeEase of use:Very easy to use with touch control, the app is very intuitive, and plays a tone every time you put them in, but need to play it in the app settings so it tells you you if the seal is good or notBattery life:Fanatic as stated previously, never find myself having to rush to charge them after intense use

ANC Artifacts (Left earbud), Software issues, etc.
I'm a professional audio engineer and music producer and i had to send these back with very mixed feelings. After researching a lot I ended up buying these Bose earbuds. My priorities were a comfortable and secure fit and I wanted earbuds with the best possible ANC without passive blocking and decent sound quality. The pros:- The sound quality is quite good for earbuds. The lows are very emphasized but don't sound muddy. The higher mids sound a bit plastic but decent. The highs don't hurt and are actually quite silky. The stereo separation is quite good and the depth of sound is decent. The transient response is okay but nothing special.- The ANC is very quiet and the awareness/transparency mode is sick. You can hear everything around you but you can still listen to music at the same time. Activating it is a bit awkward though (tap and hold) it would be great if it was automatic like the apple earbuds. Some people said it sounds as if you weren't wearing earbuds but that's not true in my opinion. You can definitely tell that the mic is altering the atmos sound. Now the cons that ruined it for me:- The ANC has artifact problems in the left ear bud and i found several people on Youtube that have exactly the same problem so it's not only my product. I'm not talking about the constant static white noise that is audible when having the ANC on btw. It's some weird artifacts that occur randomly, sound a bit like a bit reduction. It's random and clearly audible and very annoying. It seems almost all models have this problem. Quite cheeky for 300 quid. (I asked the Bose support about this and they kindly offered me a replacement but not a refund after 1 day haha, i'm glad i ordered on Amazon.)- The Software is user friendly but simply doesn't work properly. (I have a Samsung S20 plus). It always takes ages to find and connect the earbuds and the connection breaks off all the time. It can't connect 50% of the times. It's very irritating.- The most upsetting (subjective) problem is that the comfort is terrible even though I tried all the different earbud combinations from the sizing kit. My ears are a bit smaller than average so the ear buds get loose when I'm moving a lot (they are never really snug) and then I need to adjust them without triggering the touch commands which is impossible. They also hurt my ears a lot when I'm adjusting them. The ear tips rub against my ear canals so my ears get really sore after only 1 hour of using them. Maybe my expectations were too high when it comes to comfort.- As already mentioned: the touch commands are way too sensitive. You trigger them all the time and then you need to tap them to get back to your initial settings. Touching the earbuds is very loud and hurts my ears. But touching them very lightly is a good and inconsistent workaround.- The immersion mode is overrated imo. It's a cool psychoacoustic effect but only people who aren't audiophiles would use that because it messes up the stereo field and frequency distribution. Can be cool for videos but it's definitely marketing bs and not worth the upgrade for me. My brain can't deal with the ANC and the immersion mode very well and I felt really dizzy yesterday. Conclusion:I'm disappointed with these earsbuds and i really wanted to like them. They just aren't as comfortable and secure as expected and they have technical issues. I was sad that i had to send them back because i researched so much before buying them. They look nice and all that but there are just too many problems. Especially for £300.
