Easy to use, amazing quality for both pros and beginners
Just amazing - totally recommend the D-Touch 20.I have been in the professional audio industry for well over 20 years, and used all kinds of mixing consoles, both digital and analog. For the past few months I have tested different mixers for medium size events and the D-Touch 20 was the solution I've been waiting! Before the D-Touch I had the Behringer XR18, and there were several times it hanged on me without being able to reconnect it... a true disaster. I also had the QSC touchmix16, which I ditched for being slow... WAY TO SLOW! As a toy or for beginners it might work well, but definitely not for professional mixing / events. That's how I decided to give an opportunity to the D-Touch, and it has been a tremendous surprise!Understanding its functions has been really easy. From the motorized faders to the touchscreen, everything has been easy to understand and operate. It came with a 1000-page manual, but I didn't read a single page. The quality of the preamplifiers left me speechless. Very defined and clear sound on the lows as well as on the highs. The audio quality of the processors (EQ, dynamic, effect etc.) are as good as some mixers that cost thousands of dollars! And thanks to the incorporated WIFI and my iPad, I was able to move around the entire room and even the scenery, while adjusting the music for perfect quality of sound. Both the band and I have been extremely please with all the tests using the D-Touch.I totally recommend it! Thanks for the great work SKP Pro Audio!I just hope that you guys make a bigger version of it soon.

Exactly What we needed for smaller jobs
We were looking for a mixer with a smaller footprint than the typical 16 channel mixers out there. We wanted one that didn't need an ipad to operate and had physical faders. After much searching we landed on the D-Touch 20 and decided to give it a try. After taking it out a couple times we have really enjoyed its functionality, ease of operation, and flawless performance. Its also nice that it has the built in router so we can use our ipads to dial it in from center house. We use Midas, Yamaha, and Allen and Heath Mixers typically but this has become the tool of choice for our smaller meetings. We highly recommend it.One item of note is that there are very few SKP representatives in the US, so technical support is limited. We needed support with an update and had to go through a few channels to get a hold of someone but ultimately did get the issue resolved. Imagine this could be said of many manufacturers but wanted to make the note.

This one only makes sense if you need it really compact. If so, its worth checking out.
For the price, it really lacks faders for its inputs/tracks, a sacrifice for being really portable. The USB audio interface is anemic - stereo only. That is a sad affair. There's no 24/96kHz ADDA either.Even the older Presonus 16.0.2 has something like a 20x20 USB interface, so its more integrated for recording stuff. With this one, you'd still have to shell out separately for a high quality multitrack audio interface. On the other hand, if you ONLY want to use it live, maybe you won't miss the feature.Just don't forget how corporations operate: If they don't specifically brag about it, its not there, even if the price would make you believe this should be a fairly complete and capable affair. If you need the most compact digital mixer, maybe its for you. Check Zoom L12 and L20 while you're at it.If you don't need it that scant and you can throw a bit more money at something very close to the optimum, I'd go for the Allen&Heath SQ-5 instead. That thing is bullet proof for live and recording, using tech from D-Live consoles. 96kHz processing throughout, 96kHz to the DAW and 0.7 milliseconds latency. Or save some money and look at analog/digital hybrid from Soundcraft Signature MTK series or Presonus StudioLive 1602.Since some people always ask about passive speakers: Active speakers are much better controlled, because the amplification was build specifically for the drivers in the enclosure, and the engineers knew exactly all parameters, including the length and the resistance of the internal wiring used. They will always sound better than passive speakers, unless you're looking for some vintage EV sound or the likes.Build quality is good. As a business proposition, it really depends on your need for having something really small.

Buen producto
Ha funcionado muy bien y cumple con la mayoría de características que necesitamos dónde la estamos usando. Tiene algunas limitaciones en relación a productos parecidos, pero en general un gran producto, en relación calidad precio.

Almost perfect compact mixer with issues
Its been almost a year since i had this. Love it! So compact with so many features. Hard to find anything else for its price. But still got some issues that need to be addressed. The major issue for me is the app and wifi. Got this hoping i could control my sound though my ipad. Its a hit or miss every location i go to. Also the mixer did crash on me at one event. Not sure how it happened but thank goodness it was at the end of my event when it just crashed. Of all events used it was just that one time crashed. But always on my mind at every event this mixer may crash. As for the touch screen, you have to be careful with the knobs on the screen because they jump to the max if you touch them a certain way. Hate that, so i just Tap the screen knobs once and use the mixer knob to control

We are very happy with this purchase.
We purchased the D-Touch 20 mixer from SKP Pro Audio to use it in our church, we have been using for 1 mohth at least 4 times per week, we move it around very much and it’s very robust, we are sure it’s going to last us for a very long time. It’s was very easy for the whole team to get familiarized with it and learn to use it. The quality of the effects surprised us all, and also the speed it’s very well.
