IRIS USA Neat 'n Dry Premium Pet Training Pads

I've been purchasing these pads for about 4 or 5 years now. I have always been happy with them. I received a new shipment today. They are NOT the same pad. They are significantly thinner/flimsier and not branded. They used to come in clear bags inside a box that was as pictured (white with green lettering). They now are in white bags with no branding. I am including two pictures. In one picture you will see a stack of 7 of the old pads on the left and 7 of the new pads on the right. You can see the difference in thickness very clearly. I am also including a picture of the box they arrived in. There were 2 white bags inside the box. Also, the box notes "Made in China". There was nothing that looks like the thumbnail picture of the "Neat 'n Dry" box. Will be returning and looking for a new brand. Shame, because I really liked the old style.

First let me say that I have used these pads for nearly a decade and have loved them for just that long. Recently I signed up for auto-ship because we have new puppies so it’s not for the “just in case” moments anymore as we are house training our new girls. So imagine my surprise when the bags delivered were unmarked white bags that had pads that were not only folded differently but also thinner and no longer pulled the pee away from the surface- my girls are about 4lbs a piece right now so not much coming out but I have to switch these new pads every time- total waste. I am so disappointed. I never want another unmarked bag like these again and will be searching for a new brand until we can go back to ordering the small pack and then maybe I will see about switching back. If it isn’t a branded bag be prepared for a product that is NOT up to the brands standards!

I have used these for years to put in the bottom of my Dove cage. They are the exact fit and take the smell, that birds tend to have, completely away. Unfortunate they didn't have them for a while so I had to use the 17X23. I just folded them over at the top. I am glad to see these are back.

My CRF kitty (Chronic Renal Failure) had a hard time using the litterbox during her illness. The best she could do is stand inside and pee over the edge, many times a day. This was no problem once I discovered the Neat 'n Dry Pet Pads. I used several layers of the extra large size for the floor underneath the cat tray, the medium size for wrapping around the "step" up into the tray, and the small size for all around the tray where she was most likely to wet.I could easily see when she had used the tray and quickly pick up the small pads and replace them with fresh ones. The pads held a surprising amount of fluid. The tray and surrounding area stayed clean and she stopped looking ashamed about her inability to use the box the way she used to.After she passed, I donated my supply of pads to my vet, who was thrilled. Among many other things, they like to give them to clients for the ride home, to keep pets clean and dry in their carriers.

I have been using the Iris NS-20UW Extra Large Neat'n Dry Floor Protection and training pads for my Jack Russell Terrier since he was about 4-5 months old. The pads are extremely absorbent and durable. The Extra Large size is perfect, as he can use it 3 or 4 times urinating before it has to be discarded. The urine does not puddle up on the pad and is absorbed by a gel like inner layer with a protective layer that keeps the floor dry. The pads help absorb odor. The same company makes a snap down floor tray that securely holds down the pad and prevents any damage to your floor. The pads are waterproof. We stayed in a campground in the desert where there was no grass and the ground was too hard for urine to soak in. There was an unpleasant community Dog Run for animals to go to the bathroom. As our Australian Cattle Dog goes to the bathroom on command, I got the idea to purchase a PetZoom Pet Park Indoor Potty. The PetZoom has a tray to collect liquid under the imitation grass. I put one IRIS Neat 'n Dry Floor Protection and Training Pet Pads in between the PetZoom grass and tray every day. We left the PetZoom right outside our fifth wheel door so we could take our dog outdoors and instruct him to use the PetZoom, which he did. Once a day, I would remove the soaked pad for disposal and replace it with a new dry one. This worked great for us. The PetZoom was also very easy to clean at our outdoor shower hose using soap and water.

I've used the Neat 'n Dry smaller pads before (for several years), but I've found this size, X-Large is what I should have used...I have two small (11 and 18 lbs) 12 year old pups; these are super absorbent and keep odor down and of course as they've gotten older, the dogs use them more frequently. I'm very happy with the product and will continue to order it.

I have a very old toy fur baby and she is no longer allowed outside as she has become allergic to who knows what. But she will literally eat her skin off. I have tried multiple other pads for her and the all leak through. Some of them, the bottom would actually drip as I picked it up and my dog only weighs 3.5 pounds. I am pleased to say that these pads had no leaks AT LL.I even left them on te floor longer tan normal to see if they would. They have not yet. I am very pleased.

This is my second time getting these to go with my Iris small holder. They fit in one direction and must be folded on the other as they are longer than the holder by a third on that side....waist and need extra time to fold it well each time.I find the first batch was nicer than the second I got....weird? will they be inconsistent? not sure yet. The colour was less white grey and more light blue white and they were folded differently and I already had a system for storage that now does not look as pretty like diapers that face up with the fold neat and tidy. Also, they were harder to pull open as if the plastic ends and edges were fused together during production.They do absorb very well for little dogs and and are well packaged so for now I plan on ordering these again. The company should make a size that actually works with the holder size they already make and sell and not make it that we have to do so many adjustments. Also, consistency of a product makes client loyalty so lets see...

I haven't used these verry long but would definitely re buy them they are somewhat smaller then the ones with 14 in a pack for 3$ at the dollar store but not in a bad way I use them in my ferret cage on 1 shelf and in the bathroom and she is so great I've Ben so lucky potty training her and teaching her sooo many things it's such a wonderful feeling as she is my verry first! As iv said when i posted this i have bought other brands and do not reccomend them BUT I DO RECOMEND THESE ARE STRONG DURABLE THAT THE PEE DOES NOT LEAK THROUGH AND HARBOURS THE ODOUR VERY WELL TO AS I USE THE FOR MY FERRET ANGEL ALL MY DOGS GO OUT SIDE I just havent managed to train her that way yet! lol

Our three month old teacup poodle smells these and does her business on them already with just two weeks training! Fits great in the matching holder but you don't need the holder to be effective. Our puppy also likes to play with them so we find the holder is necessary to stop this.We will be reordering these in bulk since our ouppy training won't happen outside until it warms up. We live in Canada and it is -24 so our little puppy can't handle the cold yet. It will be nice to continue to use these as an option while we are away at work during the day and can't bring her out every 3 hours.

Works great with the iris medium pad holder. Because you have so many pads you can change them often so less pee smell in the house. I would never use them without the holder as they are about the size of a boot mat. My dog had trouble aiming for the middle so with the holder she now knows when she is on it without peeing on the edges. They seem to hold about 2 pees and 1 poo before she won't go on it. She is a 6 month, 12 pound pocket beagle. It is perfect for while I am at work.

It works but absorption could be better. I do not know why my dog would start chewing on it not a problem with IRIS alone I have noticed same behavior with other brand as well.Update after 2 years:- My dog stopped chewing after 6 months of his age.. I am using this product ever since my first purchase. Hence increasing my rating to 5 stars.Pay less and get more here on amazon than paying more on brand names in local pet stores.. Performance wise not much of a difference.
