Satisfied. Use 12v input and 24v output.
I am very satisfied with this product, have tested it about 10 times now on 12 Volts. And use RESMED CPAP, 24V input to this.

Works
Works wonders on the battery pack. Its upgraded cord are awesome. I love that it connects directly to my aircurve 11.

Works Well, with One Minor Gripe
I haven't used this for more than a few minutes. However, I did try it out as soon as I could to make sure it worked. I plugged it into my battery pack, plugged the correct end into my Resmed Airsense 11 and connected the two. I turned on the battery pack and nothing.... I flipped the red switch on the end that goes into the battery pack and tried again...... Nothing. I read a review here that it needs to be set 24v for the Airsense 11. So, I pushed the button on the converter box, it didn't switch. I held it down for a bit and it finally switched to 24v. I turned on the CPAP and it started right up and ran for a few minutes before I shut it all down.Pros: Cheap alternative to the expensive name brand. Works well and will probably work for several years.Cons: Both the red switch on the battery side of the connector and the LED on the converter box are really bright for night time use. I'll probably throw some blue tape over both and continue using it.Provided it lasts a couple years, I would buy this again if needed

great product
It works great. I am now able to have my back up CPAP battery plugged into the wall and my CPAP machine at the same time. Now when we have a power outage my CPAP machine will stay on.

It works... but is very bright
Did they realize this was a device used for sleep? The switch on the back of the lighter adapter is very, very bright red. Like, if you used this when camping - someone outside your tent may think you've opened a portal to Hades. The LED readout for the Wattage is also very bright.Additionally annoyance point, this device has (2) (!) power-on switches. The switch on the back of the lighter and the switch on the converter body. In addition to whatever battery you are using, and in addition to whatever CPAP you are using, you are now turning a one step process into a four or five step process. The device does work. And there do not seem to be any alternatives, but it has an excruciatingly poor design for it's intended role. If you can find an alternative, do so.

Does what I need
We had two power outages recentry, and i need my CPAP, so I bought this to cover similar outages. I am happy now, I will be able to sleep if it goes out again, be it fire (like the 2) or hurricane (a constant worry). Well worth the money for the peace of mind.

Perfect for road trips.
Have a CPAP and bought a 24v battery pack for road trips or camping? Well... this is the car charger you need for that battery. It has the ability to set up voltage to 24v, allowing you to rapid charge the battery instead of using slower USB-C PD modes that max out at 20v and 5 amps.Add a 24v wall charger and you have the fastest charging possible for your battery (the standard charger that comes with the EasyLonger is only 20v, as is any USB-C charger).Honestly, both should have been included in the EasyLonger package... but at least they're cheap to pick up.For the wall charger, look for "24V 6A 144W AC Power Supply Adapter 6amp 100-240V AC to DC 24 Volt 6Amp 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC Plug"If you pick up a 24v charger rated for only 3 or 4 amps you're going to cook it... those ratings aren't for 100% duty/load. Rule of thumb is to pull at less than 80% the max rating... and the EasyLonger pulls at nearly 4 amps!. Also, the 5.5mm DC barrel connector/plug comes in 2 sizes normally... the EasyLonger uses the smaller inner pin that is 2.1mm (not the fat 2.5mm one).
