Been stamping for 25 yrs and these Tim Holtz Oxide Inks are absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I wish I would have bought them as soon as they came out, I just couldn’t u understand that they could be so amazing to work with compared to all the other inks I have used for years!

I’m in love
All these colors are amazing and I didn’t know the difference between the oxide and the distress ink but I love the oxide- so creamy and vibrant! I love the colors!!

These inks are fantastic!
I notice some people say the pads are "dry", but I would like to suggest they may simply be used to the wetter type foam pads from other brands. These are, as Tim Holtz explains in his videos, a felt pad with cloth on the top. They are as wet as they need to be and if they feel too dry then they can be re-inked or refreshed with those products.I had one ink pad that was defective. The top was glued to the bottom and it wouldn't open. I contacted the Ranger company. They replaced it after I sent a photo of the issue. Ranger was very responsive, and it truly was a simple factory defect that wouldn't be readily detected in the manufacture, so I don't consider that a problem. These Oxide inks have some very interesting properties when they are wet and that is their charm. They behave in a very distinct special way due to their chemistry. Tim Holtz give a lot of free instruction in his videos on how to take advantage of those properties and how to create wonderful projects with them. These are one of my favorite mediums in my art room and I use them a lot. They are a wonderful creation and I am truly happy when I am able to sit and play with them.I would say to anyone interested in these inks to go watch some of the free videos offered and learn a little about them, then get a few and give them a go...see what you think! I believe art should be fun, and these really are.The next time I use them maybe I will take a photo to post.

Cool ink to layer
Some of the pads seemed ‘old’ and not much ink....but otherwise I like them.

Distress Oxide inks: An ingenious creation for stamping and for many other art projects
Great new colors. It doesn't get Any better than this. These inks offer so many different ways of using them. They create great backgrounds for my projects when layered. To learn more, Pinterest and YouTube offer tutorials and examples of finished cards, journal pages, and color combinations. You can't go wrong. Tim Holtz and Ranger products are of the highest quality. I have never been dissatisfied.

Love the ease in blending.
Good product. Love how the color stays on the surface of the paper.
