I gave this book the top rating because I really liked this book. I loved the way Stefan has combined beautiful nudes with beautiful scenery in an imaginative and colourful collection of pictures. The poses are modest for the most part and do not wander into the realms of the needlessly explicit although some of the pics are quite revealing. I would reccommend this book for anyone who likes the female nude (all white in this book) and forest scenery. There are also some shots by barns and in chalets and on the mountainside. I'd say it's a soft-core, fun book for a grey rainy day and it is so far the best book of its kind that I have purchased.

Waldlust is another instant classic from German photographer, Stefan Soell. Beautiful girls, exquisitely posed and perfectly made-up, pose nude throughout the gorgeous splendor of Europe's woodlands and mountains. This is nature photography at its best. Soell's subjects are typically highly attractive, fair-skinned, Euro girls, each hand-picked for their voluptuous and graceful proportions. Each image is perfection - superb composition, rich color, and superb styling ... the beautiful naked subject is just 'icing on the cake'. Awesome book!

Der Bildband ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Manche Models erkennt man aus frühreren Azsgaben des Autors wieder. Photoshop ist offensichtlich auch nicht übermäßig im Einsatz gewesen. Sehr schöne Aufnahmen!

Stefan Soellのファンになってしまいました。昔からギリシャ神話などの世界に憧れていましたが、まさにそこに出てくる女神のようなモデルの写真集です。コンプリートしたいくらいですので、日本のアマゾンでももっとStefan Soellの写真集を販売して欲しいです。

Very unique traditional Euro styled photos. If you like long haired natural looking women, beautiful landscapes and scenery and can appreciate great photography, this book is for you. Stefan Soell definitely has a distinct vision and is in a class of his own.

It was a few years ago when I first became interested in photography, and have since eagerly browsed through thousands of collections by hundreds of photographers. It didn't take long though before I realized I had a strong preference for two genres: landscape/nature photography and nude female photography. It's not exactly an original preference, after all these have been the two most popular art subjects for millennia. And for good reason, as they are easily the two most beautiful things mankind has ever encountered, and when I say mankind I'm referring to people with penises. That said, no photographer I have yet encountered can bring these two beautiful things together as expertly as Stefan Soell, whose eye for great locations, natural lighting and mise en scène allows the whole to be far more than sum of its parts. When I first came across "Alpengluhn", I was blown away, not just by the beauty of the Femjoy models or the locations, but by how Soell can make his photographs tell a story, create a mood, and be innocent, tasteful and very erotic all at the same time. Never did I think it could possibly be topped, but "Waldlust" is twice the collection "Alpengluhn" was. It's roughly the same size as "Alpengluhn"(unlike the disappointingly diminutive "Volcanic Girls") but it is both more thoughtfully put together and shows that Soell has become a bit more sophisticated in his style. The locations have a mysterious quality that the previous collections lack, and the roster of gorgeous women has increased. Furthermore, there are fewer pages with multiple shrunk down photos (seriously, why does anyone do this?) and instead there are more panorama spreads where every detail can be scrutinized without a magnifying glass. And to all the red-blooded men out there (or other lovers of the nude female form) this collection features more of a focus on the posterior than "Alpengluhn" or "Volcanic Girls," and being a huge fan of the female buttocks I can't complain. Check out the two page spread of Ariel and Katie (I think it's Katie anyway) walking on the railroad tracks. By far my favorite photograph, both for aesthetic appreciation and *ahem* other reasons. So if you love nature and naked women (and who doesn't?) pick this up. It's a good size and filled with scores of glossy, high-quality photos.
