This is a handy phone holder to have if you're going to be around non-flat surfaces. The 'stick' is easily bent and shaped into whatever you need it to do and it is also true to size. The phone grip can be easily tightened using the easily twistable screw and could easily hold my S23 Ultra on its side. I don't think it'd hold many (if any) phones length ways in the clamp but it's easy enough to twist the stick to orient your phone in the required position.As an example use case, I was out painting a section of garden fence the past weekend and I was able to use this to position my phone on a fence post so that I could still watch football (which made the job less tedious!).I actually have another one of these in white that I use to position a baby monitor in a cot that is difficult to get the perfect position (see picture).For the selfie stick functionality, I used my S23 Ultra which is on the heavier side for a smart phone. Any slight wave from side to side caused the stick to bend and if it wasn't for the phone grip being so strong I'd be concerned for it falling out. Personally, I'd avoid using it as a selfie stick if you have a high endphone.I've given this 3 stars, as with heavy use over time the stick can become incredibly misshapen and it's difficult to make perfectly straight and flat again and it loses some of its possible applications. However, for light use these are great.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure what to make of this when it arrived. The main part is a maliable 'stick', which feels like stiff rubber with perhaps a metal core?I had to refer to the product page to see how this works and that did help. I struggled to get it stay upright at first, but after a bit of a physics reminder, I got the hang of it and rebalancing the holder after moving the phone became second nature.The product seems to be very well made, it's not flimsy and has a quality weight to it. If you wanted to use this for selfies while you're out and about it would be perfect as the way it attaches is so versatile. However, it's not so great as a general phone holder for videos etc, it will work, but it's a little unstable stood up. You can create more of a solid base, but this sacrifices the overall height, reducing its useful application.Overall I really liked this and it will be used for reviews etc. If you want a simple no frills grip with lots of functionality, this will definitely fit your needs.

Bit of a strange one this, the clamp mount works for what it is. I do like the phone holder element of it, as it's not spring loaded, and you have to clamp your phone in, so it does mean it's sturdy.What I was surprised by is the length. The overall length of the mount is quite good, and I thought that would mean I'd be able to wrap it multiple times around something similar to the main product image. However there's a strange and fairly long straight section ranging from the opposite end of the clamp. It's thick there so it's actually really difficult to bend and shape as you might need. Leaving actual usable length very low making this quite short.I can see that it has it's uses (works really well as an impromptu self standing phone mount for watching movies on a table for example), but wrapping this around a pole or around a tree branch? I think most people would struggle with that.

I’ve used this for a few different purposes…mounting the baby monitor and taking photos with my phone. The flexible ‘arm’ is really solid and grips really well. The ‘head’ also works really well. Overall a really useful and versatile piece of kit. Great value & highly recommended 👍🏾
