If you live in the south, a bug zapper is a must. We put it our mud room and it does good! I've already cleaned it once. It is loud! Scare the crap out of my dogs but after a few days, you're good. I must admit I jumped a few times when I was next to it. lol. It's a nice design and matched with our farmhouse look. Well as much as you can match a bug zapper to your decor. I just didn't want your run of the mill black plastic zapper that sticks out a like a sore thumb. This I can live with.

This is the best bug bug zapper I have ever I have had quite a few difficult to use stinky, the candles are useless . So I thought I would but this from Amazon they have aGood return policy. I got the white it a real nice Pearl white nice looking for in your house, you just take it out of the box plug it in push the button right under the capI it is covered with plastic on the right is on and on the left is off. You can’t hear it unless a bug gets then you will hear a zap that’s it

I bought this zapper because of its look. It has the style of a retro camping lamp so it's not an eyesore like all other zappers on the market. It works great and gets the job done as a zapper. One major drawback - the plug is 2 prongs. It doesn't work with my outdoor outlet that requires 3 prongs plug.

This thing does exactly what you want a bug zapper to do…it kills the bugs! Matter of fact, it can actually make you jump when it does! Others I’ve been around make a buzzing sort of noise. This baby POPS! But what do you expect for 4000volts!! It is so cool looking too! It’s like a little lantern shape. Can be hung outside or set on a table or desk inside. We use ours inside. Not sure where all the mosquitos are coming from, but after buying this just a couple weeks ago, haven’t been bitten once! Was a multiple times a day occurrence before we decided to get one. I am getting another for upstairs. My friend came over and just about jumped outta their chair when it POPPED a good sized critter and couldn’t believe how many were already in the collection tray when I opened it up. They loved it too with the way it looks and ordered one right there and then. Get one…you will not be disappointed!

The media could not be loaded.  I desperately needed something to get rid of gnats. Of the things I tried, such as a fly sticky strip and dish soap in a glass with vinegar water, this little zapper out performed them all! I purchased the one with the light sensor, but by keeping it on 24/7 for less than a week, it cleaned the little boogers up! The attached video shows the results between the zapper and the glass with dish soap and vinegar water. It also sits attractively on the counter. Make sure to get rid of any food or trash that gnats crave and clean your drains to stay ahead of them! I can now turn the zapper to the light sensor mode to save a little energy and let it work while I sleep!

I liked the bug zapper until I realized that it has to be dark to work. And when it is dark, it really works. BUT we sit on our deck at other times of the day, and hoped the zapper would work all the time. We have been disappointed.But, we have left it out in the rain several times and it definitely is water proof. So if you want this just for the night time, then it is a good buy.

This Bug Zapper is great. If you see a bug...just plug it in, wait a bit and ZAPP...Bye Bye Bug. Works in both indoors and outdoors. If you use it outdoors, hang it up in an elevated position.

The media could not be loaded.  La confezione include la lampada antizanzare/moscheun pennellino per la puliziaIl prodotto si presenta molto gradevole come design, con quella luce particolare e lo stile a lanterna.sia posizionato all'interno che all'esterno.Dopo qualche ora di lavoro (diurno!!) aveva già sterminato una mole di zanzare e perfino una mosca (tenete presente che l'efficacia di questi prodotti è data quando si trovano in condizione di buio pressoché totale).Buona parte delle lampade antizanzare sono efficaci contro le zanzare, ma fino ad ora tra tanti provati solo due sono stati efficaci contro le mosche, e questo è uno di quei due prodotti.Il vantaggio ulteriore di questo prodotto è che risulta essere impermeabile, (non testato da me questo aspetto).Sul fondo ha un tappo che si svita con un semplice click e che dovrebbe fungere da contenitore per i corpi delle vittime, peccato che la forza della scocca della scintilla spara i corpi a distanza e quasi nulla cade all'interno, la parte superiore del mio pensile è diventata un cimitero di mosche e zanzare che devo aspirare quotidianamente (meglio questo che le zanzare e le mosche che ronzano intorno)Il prodotto è efficace in condizione di buio contro le mosche, le zanzare le stermina anche con un pò di luce presente invece, anche farfalline e tarme sono colpite efficacemente da questa lampada.Deve essere posizionato possibilmente in un punto alto, possibilmente che sfrutti anche il riflesso su una parete vicina e consenta di aumentare la visibilità della lampada per questi insetti.Fate diversi tentativi di posizionamento in maniera da individuare il posto dove è più efficace.****Aggiornamento 13/07/2023Avevo delle mosche fastidiose in casa, di quelle che si appiccicano e non se ne vogliono andare, cosi ho chiuso tutto, ho fatto buio e ho lasciato luce solo in bagno, come ho visto che sono andate li, ho chiuso la porta, posizionato la lanterna per terra, chiuso la finestra del bagno per fare buio e sono uscito, dopo 5 minuti sentivo le scosse con mia grande soddisfazione, dopo 15 minuti sono rientrato e c'erano 5 mosche nel tappo contenitore. Poi qualcuna è più figlia di buona donna di altre e per quella ci vuole la buona mazzata con i metodi tradizionali :-)Ma per le altre mi ha liberato da un fastidio non da poco.Penso che possa essere utile come info.Il prezzo del prodotto è in linea con la qualità del prodotto, la lampada dovrebbe avere una vita utile di circa 2000 ore (che significa 41 giorni se attiva h/24, se attiva solo di notte, 12 ore, significa 82 giorni, in sostanza i 3 mesi estivi), il costo di due lampade è attualmente 20 euro (quindi circa 10 euro a estate per stare liberi dalle zanzare e da altri insetti fastidiosi.Spero che la mia esperienza sul prodotto possa esservi stata d'aiuto, se si un UTILE e un caffè al bar quando venite in vacanza è sempre gradito :-))

This plug-in zapper is very effective. We used it on a recent holiday in Greece.It goes off with quite a ‘pop’ when activated and is also VERY bright but then it would have to be to be properly effective.We were able to ignore the light and pretend it wasn’t there!It’s also pretty bulky, it’s not a tiny little thing but following on from being eaten alive during a previous holiday we were determined to make room for it in our baggage.The peace of mind it provided outweighed the negatives.

Really liked this product as it has successfully cleared a large room of pesky clothes moths in very quick time. The timer switch is a very good idea. When a fly is caught, there is quite a loud small bang, difficult to describe but did make me jump the first time I heard it; from another room, it doesn’t sound so loud, more of a phut sound. Reason for four stars is that I felt it was slightly on the pricey side but overall I would recommend it

The only negative is that mosquitoes tend to ignore it.
