Hello, i'm looking for a stand that we could use outdoors. does this stand have stainless steel joints/fasteners? we're worried about corrosion.thanks

HiI don't believe this has stainless Steel. Its Painted Black but I do believe it would start to rust after some time.

How do the speakers attach to the stands at the top?

A hole in the bottom of the speaker, slots in on top of the pole.

What is the outer diameter of the tube?

The outside diameter of the top tube is 35mm. This fits into a tube connected to the legs that is 38mm diameter, with a clamp device. I use my tripod for mounting an aerial using a length of plastic pipe that fits well. Hope this helps.

Paying for quality

We bought this at the same time that we purchased a small wireless/battery-powered PA system. Very happy with the general build quality and robustness of this stand, which folds easily for easy handling and storage. A a stand it is very stable either on hard surfaces or outdoors on grass. Highly recommended.
