I could wait to get this. Loved the color; style and look of it. Once received I was unhappy with my purchase. The left back leg is bent outwards and not even close to straight. This makes it unstable. I wanted to return it so I checked out the return policy and it’s says they’ll decide what you’ll be reimbursed and it might not be the amount I paid for it. My thought….why bother. So it’s folded up in my garage collecting dust. Again, VERY DISAPPOINTED all around with this walker.UPDATE. I was contacted from this company after I wrote this review and Lamya worked with me through a couple of weeks and they went ahead and they sent me a new Walker to replace the one that was bent. We got the Walker put it together and it works perfect. I’m very happy with the outcome and I really appreciate this company going Beyond what they probably needed to rectify the situation. So now after receiving the new ones replace the one I’m very happy with the product.

I ordered this walker for my 74 year old husband who is extremely hard to please and to my surprise he really loved it! He had surgery for a compressed spine and is having to learn how to walk again. This walker makes him feel secure with his balance. His physical therapist can see a big difference with his walking. I would appreciate it if you would add him to your prayer list that he will be walking soon on his own even though you don’t know us. God is so good🙏This walker was very easy for me to put together for him. One of the main reasons I ordered this particular walker was being able to adjust the width and it had a seat. This is the only walker I could find with this option. Decreasing the width of the walker is so helpful getting into the bathroom door. This walker is also a little bit heavier than the walker he has and he feels more secure when walking.I had an issue with one of the clips when installing the seat where it cracked when I snapped it to the walker. I called the number listed in the pamphlet and spoke to a very nice lady name Pearl. I sent her pictures of the broken clip so she knew what I was talking about. Sometimes it’s hard to describe the problem and with having a picture you can see what I’m referring to. Pearl was so very helpful and right away told me she would ship me a replacement seat and that I would receive a tracking number. A couple of days later I received an email that a seat wasn’t available and she was shipping me another walker for my husband. She didn’t want my husband to have to wait until they had a seat in stock. Pearl went way above my expectations and there are no words for how much she is appreciated! You don’t find representatives that are that caring for someone’s well being. This also goes to show that this walker is sold by a very reputable company that stands by their products! I have a husband that is happy with this walker and as I mentioned before, he’s very hard to please. I ordered the blue because it’s unusual to find a color other than silver.I would definitely recommend this walker to anyone requiring assistance with walking to make their life a little bit better!

The seat is extremely difficult to put on. The seat molded ends with clips broke when I went to push onto unit. 2 out of the four broke. Snapped off and flew about 10 feet. No way to repair. The molded clip should be made from a softer type of molding compound. They are too rigid. Cannot fold unit without taking off the seat. I could barely pry the other two clips off after the two broke. Is there a secret way to get them on? Nothing in instructions.Unit is very flimsy but usable to have for a toilet lift. Not very sturdy for use as a walker for heavier person 200 lbs. Very disappointed.

Bought this for my son who uses a walker for the past 8 years. This walker is not stable! I put it together and made the legs shorter or lower than we need and it moved around like the pole inserts are not tight. Rickety is the only way I can describe it. Maybe if your really short and weigh 90 lbs it might work. Concept is great but it’s a fall risk if your over 5 feet tall. No. Too much money for this. Find a stable walker

I like that the width and the seat adjusts for thinner and wider people. Great for use especially indoors. I can use the seat as a tray and even as a snack table while watching TV. Very convenient!

love it! i just received this and it came in perfect condition. the seat is attached to two bars that snap into place. i snapped it to the front of the walker for more stability.i am newly disabled and have no balance so i can’t walk unassisted. i wanted this walker for using bathrooms etc if i have to go in a friends house that’s not handicapped accessible. i am not using it for the seat option at all.it is perfect for my needs of having it in our car at all times if i want to go in and out quickly without my wheelchair.

Product was easy to assemble. However, when legs are expanded close to maximum, they appear a bit unstable. Also, gliders included fit loosely. Hopefully, it will work for my elderly uncle.

This is a fantastic, multi-function walker!!! I use the top handles when I'm walking and the lower handle to support myself if I need to bend over and stand back up!Making the walker wider or thinner is super easy. I needed the walker to be extra wide right after my total hip replacement because my thigh swelled to twice the size as normal. At the same time, I needed it to be narrow to get me into my bathroom and walk-in closet. The transitions were super easy.The rods that hold the bench seat also telescope and lock into position. The walker is equally stable with or without the seat in place. When I started to walk normally, left foot, swing through right foot, repeat. I took the seat down, made the support bars as short as possible, and clipped it to one side of the walker allowing it to hang down straight. In this way, I always have the seat with me if needed.ONE NOTE: I found that the walker was more stable if the back legs were one hole shorter than the front wheels and the back leg tips were replaced with sled shaped tips.
