Not welded, only loosely screwed
The table design is inherently flawed. Firstly the joints are made of steel brackets and not even mild steel, MS15 which seems to be the standard that fabricators generally use to make grills & house gates...secondly the joints are not welded, but screwed, which makes for structural weakness...had it been wood, screws & nuts would have been fine..but this is steel and doesn't have grain like wood which provides strength by meshing against the screw grooves...so again a faulty design. The person who designed the table has either no idea of wood working or even simple fabrication...
