Why Cat Why: a coloring book explaining cats

The media could not be loaded.  I buy my kids coloring books every chance I get, & My kids are 13,17,18 & 21! We sit, color, & catch-up and it’s therapeutic. Laughing is therapeutic and that is what this coloring book does! It makes you laugh and is spot on for how cats are. My son got this one as a gift and the girls want one more too. They all thought this coloring book was the best one they’ve ever seen as they all love to color and love their cats. Totally recommend this for older kids (so they get the humor) and for adults. Super hilarious and awesome illustrations & spot on with people of today and not for small-close-minded-mean people.

There are several things to love about this coloring book! The first is that it's absolutely hilarious and there is not a cat owner in the world who won't relate to the illustrations and they're presented in such a funny way! I have three cats and I was cracking up looking through it. I also liked the very crisp, white paper that will take colored pencils or markers well but isn't the old-school cheap coloring book paper that everything bleeds through. That's not to say markers wouldn't bleed at all, they would potentially bleed through the back of the page a bit, but I think it would be much less than general kids' coloring book pages. And lastly, the illustrations are somewhere between a kids coloring book and an adult style coloring book. Sometimes the adult coloring books are just a little bit too detailed to where it gets tedious and this has less of that style but is still complex enough to make it interesting to color. I actually got it as a gift for a co-worker and she absolutely loved it and thought it was hilarious but the more I think about it the more I think I might get one for me too.

I love this book. The illustrations are fun to color, as well as clever and hilarious. I kept showing them to my cat and going, "SEE!" She was less impressed, but then again, she's never been impressed by any book, or much of anything, really, now that I think about it. As a bonus, the humans in this book come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and types, and I appreciated the representation. Us chubby people can own kitties, too. In short, this coloring book is good and will make you feel good and you should buy one for yourself and probably one to give to someone else who appreciates how ridiculous cats are.

We have not colored yet in this book. However, we look at it once in a while, just randomly flipping to a page, read it, and crack up. It was a great present for my husband's birthday! Maybe someday we'll actually color the pages, but maybe not. It sure is a must for cat lovers everywhere!

I absolutely love all of their work! I am a cat lover and this book is perfect and funny. I love the fact that the characters in their coloring books are fat positive, body positive, and are wonderfully diverse in a variety of ways. I also have the "Fat Ladies in Space". And you can't beat the price! I will definitely recommend this book on my Facebook page!

This is such a fun coloring book as well as relatable. Really cute for any cat lover with a perky sense of humor. Only negative is that the pages are pretty thin, you have to use a thicker page behind it to keep it markers from bleeding through.

Got this as a gift for a cat lover friend. I flipped through it and it looked cute. I dont have a cat but it seems like situations cat owners go through. My friend liked it though

Every illustration is as goofy and sweet as the previews she's posted on her social media. I bought one to see if I wanted to give it to someone else as a present, and now I'm buying two more: one to give to yet another person, and one to keep for myself.
