What they are: they are very thin, flexible plastic pieces with very sticky adhesive covering one ENTIRE side. It looks like they may be useful for protecting a healthy heel against blisters or hot spots.What they are not: they do not contain any gel, they are not a bandage, they are not cushioned in any way. Because the adhesive covers one entire side, they are not good for covering existing blisters as they would cause mild-to-severe injury when removed.

This was a waste of money! They didn’t stick to my skin and kept scooting down or completely coming out of my shoe. I want a refund!!

these work perfect if you have a new shoe or a shoe that rubs a blister on your ankle! I leave them on for a couple of days. I have even showered with them on!! They are very comfortable you don't even know they are on there!

These come right off when you put them off even if you don't touch them at all. Won't stick for more than ten minutes. Total waste of money.
