Neither. It says "less than 1/2 of 1% alcohol by volume. The bottle I got (2018) was terrible. It was very sour. Good luck

From the moment this is opened onward these tastes nothing vaguely like Cabernet Sauvignon. I find it cloyingly sweet, like bad grape juice. I have never gotten past the first couple of sips. I have no idea how they can claim it tastes like wine of any sort.
